I dropped off after hours and I had no interaction with any personnel at this location. I could not submit tte survey though unless I entered either a yes or no response relative to the “ Wrre the personnel helpful” question.
Jesse ZThere was an issue with one of the tail lights. They directed me to the company store, where they solved a wiring problem. They were in constant communication with me regarding the light, and called in a contractor to determine the cause of the problem and correct the wiring. They were concerned about my having to wait, and worked as quickly as the could to solve the problem. I had no other issues with the trailer.
John BBe more weary of space limitations. Someone backed a U-Haul in and I could barely maneuver the trailer through and to its space.
Justin HThe amount of time it takes to check in and get your truck takes way too long. It takes 30 minutes to check out the equipment through the U-Haul app. Half of the near 30 mins is waiting on your approval. All the photos and such of the equipment should be done the day prior by the facility renting it out, and the drivers licensee and everything except the photo of yourself would be the only thing needed day of and things would go quicker..
