The amount of time it takes to check in and get your truck takes way too long. It takes 30 minutes to check out the equipment through the U-Haul app. Half of the near 30 mins is waiting on your approval. All the photos and such of the equipment should be done the day prior by the facility renting it out, and the drivers licensee and everything except the photo of yourself would be the only thing needed day of and things would go quicker..

easy and clean and safe area

Christopher ZThis was not the pick up location I selected and was never notified of the change until I walked into the location where I had reserved the truck. It took me an additional half an hour and travel half way across town to pick up the truck. I picked the original location due to proximity to the load I needed to pick up. The additional travel and time directly impacted my move. Uhaul provided no compensation or consideration. To add insult to injury, my original pick up site had the truck I had reserved. I then drove past at least 3 or 4 additional Uhaul facilities with the truck I needed. Unfortunately none could rent those vehicles, because I was going out of state............which was noted on my reservations.
