The App process for non skilled people was confusing and slow. I would have thought pre informed would had speed up the process but it’s double the work. WARNING on the pull out ramp the last foot had been spot wielded at a different angle and is about a 2 inch drop. I fell 3 times because of that drop. PLEASE fix it.

ALEX ESomeone from U-Haul called from a 615 number and asked me to pick up my u-haul a day earlier at no extra charge and with a 50 dollar discount. This wasn’t reflected on my account. Other customers may I’m find this troublesome if they are in a similar situation.
