WANDA LDid not have the truck I requested ready (and did not share why). Able to give me a different one by also did not have hand truck ready. Felt a bit odd. Truck I was given had check engine light on.
CONNOR MCustomer service was poor when calling to ask about a bill breakdown. The woman on the phone just started screaming call uvula when I was trying to understand additional charges. Also there was a whole in the truck that ruined my mattress. Better customer service is needed

Edgar TThe truck was very old and the transmission kept making us think the trick would stop working at any point. There was also a light on, on the dash. We were super concerned about it shutting off on us. The hand truck was perfect though!
turkessa bI initially made reservations for self-service. However, the lady that I made the reservation with failed to tell me where to locate the truck key and truck. It took me an additional 1.5 hours to finally get a rep who could assist me.
Idiongo SWas charged 100.00 over quoted price. Part of this charge was an added days rental. Truck was turned in on Sunday....when they are closed. Would not ise thos location again.

Brenda HI’ve been renting from uhaul for yearrrrrrrr and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had not only did the employee harassed me multiple times before my rental set return time asking me to return the truck early, the truck was not cleans & they have now charge my card $233 for a rental that was $77 the customer service is trash I have not been able to get in contact with the manager and they will not process my request for full refund due to the inconvenience! no one has an extra $130 to waste while U-Haul attempts to fix is an issue that should not have happened in the first place
