Did not have the truck I requested ready (and did not share why). Able to give me a different one by also did not have hand truck ready. Felt a bit odd. Truck I was given had check engine light on.

Customer service was poor when calling to ask about a bill breakdown. The woman on the phone just started screaming call uvula when I was trying to understand additional charges. Also there was a whole in the truck that ruined my mattress. Better customer service is needed

My kids were evicted I needed something asap not only did the have an availability they extended my rental time ti ensure my kids were able to get all of their things moved
