surprise fees based on estimated mileage, so if you tell them a larger number they intend to charge more, but based on my receipt it looks like uhaul themselves will only charge the mileage driven, so why bother with the "anticipated mileage." Attempted to downgrade me to a smaller truck the day before due to "a/c not working," was fixed the morning of by a miracle.
