Truck was dirty. Battery died and had to call roadside assistance. Dumb lady at the location created a new reservation instead of using the existing reservation that I created online. She refused to give me the two dollies I had reserved in my original reservation. Total incompetence

Adam SHelp the driver set the mirrors. Also, the truck was running rough. It was fine, had plenty of power, but it was obviously not running right. Not complaining. The lady was very nice at the store and even offered a drink from the fridge.

Jesus CUhaul changed my drop off location from a few blocks from my destination to cleat across town. Location was had to find and way out of my way. Personnel there were great however.

Darryl LWhen I went to pick the trailer homeless were living under and on it. It was so not ready to go. The light wiring was bad and we had to pick another trailer that also was not clean enough to go. Was told there were closing early so just drop it off any way. In the morning I got three phone calls and a couple of text messages asking when I would return the trailer. I explained several times it was already returned and that I had photos and a witness to verify the return of the trailer. They asked for the keys and answered for a trailer with no locks so what keys... U-Haul should be ashamed of this franchise
Randall KLocation was an artificial turf dealer. Could not even find it. They had a few trailers located behind some building that didn't belong to them. Individual who hooked up the trailer did not speak English but his assistant did. Chains were dragging the ground. I had to secure with bungee cord.

Emilio FThe dolly I reserved was not in my UHaul. Also called to let them know the ramp was jammed and we were not able to use it & ac didn’t blow cold air and had to drive with the windows down but they didn’t answer their phone. I let them know about the ramp when we returned the UHaul, the lady who was working said “We’ll see what we can do about the ramp” but no discount was applied to the final charge. They also charged $10 for “oil & tire” . Truck was dirty (not the back loading area but where you sit and front windshield.... it seems to be the only truck they rent out and is never cleaned) I will be leaving a bad review on other websites as well because this location cares more about money than actual good service. To point out the obvious I will not be using this UHaul location again.

Michael VWhen I picked up the trailer in Tucson I asked the individual whether or not he checked the tires. Answer was everything is good.When I got home I looked at the tires. One had 15 lbs air pressure the other has 55 lb Both tires were bald. I was in lied to about a life threatening situation as I drove from Tucson to my home 20 miles away.

Scott KFirst, already had a rental for a 10-foot truck and she wrote me a NEW order for a 15-foot truck. Yes, I signed it but I was grieving and tired. I assumed I messed up my original order and could not find it (phone dead) but turns out I did not. Second, did not receive dolly and furniture pads I was charged for (which I did not want by that point). Super-difficult process.
Sean mNothing. The person I dealt with at the location of my pickup was the nicest guy . I enjoyed dealing with him both on my pickup and my drop off. The next time I need a rental I will be going back to that location.

YAZMINA RMy reservation was not at the original location and then I was sent to this location, promised an upgrade for a 26in but there also was not a truck there to pick up. After two different locations I had to settle for an smaller truck to complete my move and there was no moving accessories (blankets etc.) with the truck. Truck and location was dirty.

Vick GI did have a very unpleasant experience getting my truck initially. I reserved a 20 foot truck weeks in advance. When the time came to pick up the truck, I was sent to a location that was not open - when someone finally arrived at 9 :15 am, I was told that there was no record of my reservation. I was then sent to a second location- no truck! That location was at least kind enough to call Traffic for me (Camacho’s Mest Market). Andy at Traffic was finally able to locate a 15 foot truck for me at a third location. (Turf City)). I lost 2.5 hours just picking up a truck thst I had reserved weeks in advance and was not the size I had reserved. Very poor experience. The rest was fine
