The drop off location was not a U-Haul focused facility. It is a lawn care business that also does some U-Haul rentals. There is a contract drop box but no individuals were there (we arrived at 2:45pm) and the building was locked (thus I have no actual review comments regarding facility cleanliness or personnel attentiveness, or recommendations, but this on-line review demanded I pick "yes" or "No" to these queries so I have given them the benefit of doubt). Though there is a sign telling U-Haul customers NOT to park in an adjacent lot, there are no directions telling one where TO park. In the end, we found another U-haul trailer parked behind the building so we parked our rental there.

Michael DTruck was dirty. Battery died and had to call roadside assistance. Dumb lady at the location created a new reservation instead of using the existing reservation that I created online. She refused to give me the two dollies I had reserved in my original reservation. Total incompetence
