Store hours were 9am. At 930 no one was there. Called had to wait 15 min for someone to get there. The person who showed up had an attitude. Closing hours 430. Showed up at 3pm no one there to check in vehicle. Will not use this location again.

I did not interact with anyone from the drop off location, but the place was simple to navigate. The app is bad. It would not load, when I went to pick up the truck, and unselected insurance after I chose it and clicked next. It also would not allow me to upload my drivers license photos successfully. The app also shows a deceptive “back” button that looks like it would take you to the previous page, but instead takes you to a previous menu, deleting any progress you had made.

For starters… I need to be reimbursed. I was charged *twice for the same truck rental*! The transmission is going out on the truck we received. My son was afraid of breaking down. Needs checked before renting to someone else. When we picked it up it *only had 1/8 of a tank* of gas. So when can I expect a reply and a reimbursement on my *double billing*?? Pam Allen

Just one issue on pick up--the windshield and the headlights had not been cleaned. Was disappointed that they could not supply the dolly that was ordered and was not informed beforehand. I learned that the emergency brake would not hold the weight of the truck even when unloaded and with the brake fully set. Seems the emergency brake needs adjustment or the rear brakes need to be checked out. Truck ran well and we got the the MPG that was advertised. Was satisfied all around.

Whoever works in the office isn’t a very pleasant person! Very very short with you and doesn’t explain absolutely nothing ! I prefer to work with small business but this experience with this uhual was by far the worst! Wouldn’t recommend this uhual place to anyone because of your worker that seems to hate her job !

We were a little late, getting a U-Haul back and the lady called us. Ask us where we were at and she was very rude. We tried to explain to her that we got a little snug. We are little behind and she was just rude yelling at us that we were late.

I was charging an extra $43 and I don't understand why. I only kept the uhaul for two of the four days I rented it for. So, how was it possible for me to owe anything?

The representative on the ground was not very helpful! Normally, sales associates accompany the customer outside to ensure equipment is hooked up correctly!

I waited over an hour for someone to show up my pick up time was for 930 I got there at 9 and the worker didn't get there till 10 which was past my pick up time. She then proceeded to have an attitude and over all I will never rent again if I have to use this location. The Wall Street location is excellent they just didn't have the trailer I needed.

The uhaul was not swept and still had trash inside and smelled like cigarettes. I am totally fine with this, but it’s just a note. The pickup was very easy. I only gave 4 stars because there weren’t any Dollies or locks to buy or rent. The locks on site did not fit the 15’ trailer. Other than that it was perfectly fine!

The mgr didn’t seem to enjoy her job. Didn’t explain the contract or have me do a walk around. Just told me it was the only 5x8 trailer out there. I’ve had experiences with U-Haul where the counter people were upbeat and informative. This was not one of those experiences.

Didn’t get either dolly or the furniture pads. The Austin Tx location where I dropped the U-Haul off was much better. Friendly and able to solve problems instead of create problems like turnkey. I even called before pick up during business hours knowing that I’d do the 24/7 pick up and they still couldn’t rent me a clean U-Haul or load the materials I reserved.

Moving blankets were canceled from my order without telling me. These were a top priority since I was moving furniture. I had to go to another location which used up mileage on the truck to get blankets. I don’t see how they just cancel that part of your reservation without telling you. Truck was dirty on the inside along with front window molding coming off. Wind noise coming from drivers side door. AC was off and on. I spoke with the person working and let them know of the issues and they said they will get it taken care of. Issues really are not their fault. I’ve rented a lot of uhaul in different states and places and unless they are an actual uhaul store, a lot of things get overlooked. Trucks are usually less maintained at a small local place.

We haven’t rented from U-Haul in several years, and the last experience we had in 2018 was not good. However, this location was excellent! They made the pick up and drop off process easy, explained everything on the paperwork, and they 2 women who assisted us were both very quick and knowledgeable. Renting again from this location!

Exceptional service from the Office at this location. Readily accommodated special needs as they arose. On the vehicle, we had an issue with adjusting the passenger side mirrors, and the locking mechanism on the loading door was faulty, but I don't consider either worthy of down-marking the equipment which was clean and otherwise faultless.

The attendant needs training in customer service. She seemed bothered and unfriendly. She was calling people to remind them of their appointment while we were sitting there waiting at her desk. She should've attended to us first, then made her calls. When I returned the keys, she just had me hand them to her through the door and dismissed me. She never smiled.

Dropped truck and trailer off and waited for someone to check it and know it was full of fuel and up to par so I could get my deposit but they never did and 3 hours later they took 51 dollars out of my account and kept my deposit but wouldn't answer why and they took the money from my account without approval
