The business was closed and was placed at the back of the property. I dropped the vehicle off after hours and it did not feel safe. Truck was dirty inside, engine light was on the whole time. Employee was 10 minutes late to work and closed 5 minutes early, refusing help me returning the truck, yelling across the parking lot “just leave the keys in the box”.

Would reccomend location. Truck was clean. Only thing was I paid for a dolly and did not receive it. I also paid when I picked up the truck based off estimated mileage. I should be getting a $89 or so refund. We will see if I get that or not. Only other complaint was customer service at the 800 number. I was told I would receive a call 1-2 days prior of my rental. It was the day before my reservation and no one had contactacted me. (5pm)I had to call customer service which was a nightmare. I got transferred about 5 times before reaching someone who could help me and even then I was told they didnt have the truck I reserved. Thankfully the women was able to find us a truck and I was able to do mobile pick up. I think Uhaul needs to work on their customer service. I booked this truck a month in advance.

I didn't like the fact that we had to run from Midland to Odessa back to Midland. Need to train your personnel to assure all reservations by making sure that the equipment is at the actual sute and the client understands how to get to the site and obtain the equipment. This was your personnel's error and we should have received some type of compensation for her mistake.

I was charged $40 for an additional day for being a few minutes late. I was told I had three days to return the truck, not that it was an exact time to the minute. I busted my ass to get the truck unloaded and turned in. This kind of treatment toward the customer speaks volumes. It seems like you are out to screw your customers in any way you can for a buck. I cleaned the truck. Returned it with 1/2 tank of fuel instead of 7/16. I will never use Uhaul again.

Not professional at all, had me uncouple the trailer no assitant to help me, I didn't know what to do when coming in to store front, girl behind counter had what looked like a personal friend seated and talking to her as I was trying to figure out what the process was for checking out. Counter girl had no real focus on customer, basically told me she would check in the trailer later.
