Store hours were 9am. At 930 no one was there. Called had to wait 15 min for someone to get there. The person who showed up had an attitude. Closing hours 430. Showed up at 3pm no one there to check in vehicle. Will not use this location again.
ORLANDO OI did not interact with anyone from the drop off location, but the place was simple to navigate. The app is bad. It would not load, when I went to pick up the truck, and unselected insurance after I chose it and clicked next. It also would not allow me to upload my drivers license photos successfully. The app also shows a deceptive “back” button that looks like it would take you to the previous page, but instead takes you to a previous menu, deleting any progress you had made.
Matthew HFor starters… I need to be reimbursed. I was charged *twice for the same truck rental*! The transmission is going out on the truck we received. My son was afraid of breaking down. Needs checked before renting to someone else. When we picked it up it *only had 1/8 of a tank* of gas. So when can I expect a reply and a reimbursement on my *double billing*?? Pam Allen
