Ronnie BThe personnel was abrupt and didn't explain what they were doing. I guess he did what he needed to do, and told me I was good to go. He could have been friendlier and MUCH more communicative about what he was doing / going to do. I rated the location as clean, but I never saw the inside.
DAVID DOne tire was noticeably low when car loaded. Determined it had a nail. Had to Lee refilling tire. Worse was one of the front tire straps was too short to engage into crank!! Had for worrisome journey

David CTruck gas mileage was off, I was charged for 1/2 tank when it was barely 3/8 full. Truck was parked on incline when I picked it up…their mistake cost me an extra $20 is gas when I noticed a few minutes down the road. This is a very difficult area to turn around on these narrow roads leading in/out of this location. Truck had not been sweep out and floor was dirty. Blankets were thrown in back and difficult to tell if I receive my request…I did get the correct number of blankets when I was packing but they need to do a better job of stacking blankets in an organized manner.

Abigail PWhile the invidiual was friendly, we were told we would do self service to get the equipment however, we arrived exactly at the time we stated we would and had to call the location to come have him let us in the closed gate and the truck was not ready at all. We later realized when we got home that they had not cleaned the truck and there was a queen size mattress inside which took up space we were unable to use. Also, same thing when dropping of. Had to call to get code to return etc. very frustrating considering I set this up two weeks in advanced.
