The trailer was pretty janky. The trailer also leaked water on the front at the floor & got everything on the floor wet. There’s no way the pickup location would have known this without someone reporting it though.

Little out of the way But great service In and out in 5 minutes
HENRY CLast minute pickup and location change and no text sent abd and a last minute drop off hand and no text sent by Uhaul logistics. Cost us time And gas. Over 60 miles difference = $50.
Jerry MWhen I dropped off the U-Haul truck and trailer it was at night and the place was out in the sticks…too dark was not any light out there….
ILYASAH CEverything went well, but the dolly I was given had a cut and shorten strap. I did not notice this until I got to my location and started loading. It was disappointing because I was not able to use it. I dropped it off at another location (Spring Branch TX) since the original location was to far away. The trailer was great and worked fine. I just do not appreciate paying for something I was unable to use.
