The problem is drop off location very hard to find the box they should move it closer to the gate I had to call the costumer service and she very nicely nice took her time to help me finding the drop box
abdenour AUhaul info says they are open till 5pm, location info says they are open till 4 pm. It didn't affect us, but the hours should be corrected so it doesn't mess up someone else.
Karen GThe trailer was pretty janky. The trailer also leaked water on the front at the floor & got everything on the floor wet. There’s no way the pickup location would have known this without someone reporting it though.
