I got it for 2 days i paid 180$ but we needed it one more day so we called in and then they charges us 380 so the total bill was 460 for 3 days ripoff

PAUL MOne item was not available: the furniture dolly. The proprietor offered an insufficient plastic utility dolly as a substitute.

STEVEN HOverall, a pretty good experience. I called the day before in the morning to confirm a change to my pickup time, but I had to leave a message. I did not receive a call back. I called later in the day and had to leave another message. I still did not receive a call back. It was getting close to the Uhaul closing time and I was worried they were not going to know my new pickup time of 2-3pm. I decided to drive to the office to speak to someone in person. I was greeted by a male employee and I told him the new pickup time. He asked for my name and seemed like he was going to report the new pickup time in the system, but he did not seem to be glad that I was there. I was called the next day by a female rep to see if I was going to pickup my Uhaul because it was passed my original time of 10am. I let them know that I spoke to someone at the counter the day before that I changed the pickup time. It was reported to me that the time was not changed in the system. I'm glad they called to confirm and I'm glad I did not lose my rental. Customer service could be better at this location. The female rep was very accommodating though. I would suggest that they step-up the customer experience a little better.

Daniel MStopped in to rent a trailer and ended up buying a shed. Very pleasant and accommodating customer service. Rental was clean and shed arrived the day after purchase on time and the guys were very professional. I would definitely recommend and will be back if I need there services.
