Space was limited, preventing full photos of the truck before driving the truck off the lot. The owners also informed me that I would be reimbursed for any unused miles in my contract. This was not true. U-haul does NOT reimburse for unused miles. They do charge for additional miles used though. We had more than 150 unused miles, resulting in zero amount refunded. If we had gone over by 150 miles, we'd have owed an additional $150.
