Hideous way U-Haul wants the return completed. They want it done on cell phone with customer having to have an "account" or you cannot proceed with loading information. I DO NOT have an account. How can I load the info you want? Mileage, time of return, etc...All I can do is drop the key in the box. I had to call some department on the 800 number to let them know the truck was back on time. Your online booking system is horrible. I went to 3 places before I ended up at U Got Mail, because the reservation wasn't available where I booked it. Got sent running around but I'm so glad I ended up here. The service was perfect and so was the rental experience at this location (U Got Mail, Buford, GA).ALBERTO F.
We ordered blankets and there were none. When my wife asked about the blankets, the clerk was rude and dismissive and simply said, "we don't provide blankets at this location". The pictures posted with the online check-in were not correct; there was damage all along the passenger side of the truck and none indicated on the check-out pictures. This location is also very difficult to find. Only two trucks located behind a grocery store! I will never rent from this location again.Allan G.

The truck was obviously damaged by the previous renter. That is not the location's fault. Also the webpage would not detect my location using Chrome on my Pixel 3 or my wife's pixel 3. I had to download the Microsoft Edge browser in order to complete the online pickup and return process.Nicholas G.
We did not pick this location and it was sprung on us at the last minute. I requested in person pick up and check out but that was ignored and we weren't able to pick up the truck until after 10. Also the return was ridiculous because once again we were forced to do it online.Eric R.

Worst customer service experience in my life, and that's saying something. Rented a truck here. It broke down on the scale at the local dump blocking business. I called the store and was given roadside assistance #. I called that and was on hold 45+ minutes and called store back to see if they could get through via website like I was being told on hold message. I could not since I had no coverage. They said it's a uhaul issue and hung up. They then refused to answer the phone for next 2 hours. Roadside assistance finally answered and refused to send help until I tried to fix myself, something about rear differential. Keep in mind I am broke down blocking a 3rd party's business. Skip yo end to save time. Uhaul said it was the vendors issue, the vendor said it was a uhaul issue after admitting I was hung up on because she has a customer come in the store. So I am now stuck with them pointing fingers and told I will be charged full rate. In the end I am left to try to get assistance from my credit card company because uhaul said a manager might call me back in 3 business days. Awesome day. Thanks uhaul for standing behind your product.John K.

My issue with U-Haul is that I reserved a truck closer to my house and it was transferred to this location further away. It was my mistake not noticing the email that the location had changed and cost me time going to the location where I had reserved the truck.Leslie W.

The 17 ft truck had transmission issues and the truck would not re-start after we filled up with gas. We called the help line the had us put the truck in neutral and it started. This is very frustrating it was at night and this happened at a gas station.Alan C.

Well, I had a 9am pickup scheduled and you cancelled my truck because I was more than 15 min late. I had it reserved for 2 days. You then found me one 10 mi from my original location. You then changed pickup locations on me 10 min prior to pickup time. I was pulling in when this happened. New location... an extra 10 miles out. Not happyWilliam G.

these people are idiots they tried to charge me for returning a truck late when I dropped it off the night before. You still trying to charge me for extra mileage and refusing to pay it so you might as well take it off the account like I asked. This people are so rude when I go in there for any other types of services like mail and UPS. You should take them off of your vendor list.David G.
I was new to the rental process. The employee did great for explaining the main details. but maybe to ease my mind go further for new people in explaining the process; if Im to lock it up, fill it back up with gas etc. Still had a great experience over all.Timothy J.
Staff was extremely friendly, but they did call me as soon as I left with my rental and asked me to return it because they should not have rented it out. That was frustrating. They also charged me for a one way rental but told me I had to return it to the location I rented from after I left. They still haven't adjusted the amount I was charged.Mary M.
