Two dozen furniture pads and a furniture dolly were not in the truck when I picked it up (pickup was outside store hours). I would like a refund of $32. Thanks.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkBall joints needed replacement and there was an exhaust leak.

Ann WWe were changed to this location the day before pickup by U-Haul because of truck availability. When we arrived to pick up our truck, the location was closed and mobile pick up was not an option. We waited over an hour to get help getting into the truck. And the dolly we paid for in advance was not in the truck.
Kristen PThe location was closed when I dropped off the equipment.
