The young lady at the register was rude at times. I love Uhaul but I don't think I will be returning to this location.

I was overcharged after I returned the truck. I called to discuss. The owner Karen was insanely rude and belitting. She told me to "just be quiet". The manner in which I was treated was disgusting. My phone was on speaker and my mother in law heard it. I would like a call from the Regional mgr/Sr person asap 540 446 4557 Tamara Dudley Thank you.
Tamara D.The truck bed had a leak. They put down blankets but they were soaking wet. I had to dry the bed with towels before putting cabinets in. I left their wet blankets in back of truck. So staff was very nice just needed a dry space to move furniture!

John W.1. They had 2 trucks, one was broke down. Mine had check engine light on, and transmission was slipping BAD. She said it should be fine since the guy before you drove it.. 2. They over charged me in miles by almost 80 miles AND charged me for 2 days.. I brought it back 10 mins before it was due back!! Now I have to go there and deal with that because they won't respond to my emails and my transaction dispute claim. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION
