The person I dealt with was rude and lacks customer service experience. I was able to talk with the president of the company and the manager and got things worked out but Yiery was by far the worst experience I have had at U-Haul.

two young ladies at costumer service were rude and walked away from the desk without any explanation had to wait 20 minutes to return a van there were no other costumers I tried to get an explanation they walked away again.

First, I made the location close to me months in advance. The day before, the location was changed 2 times, and the location sent to was 30 minutes away. Also, it did not open for an hour and a half after the reservation. Called in to complain that the person put me on hold without telling me and sent me to another location. When I got there, I had to go outside to find the person who worked there sitting in a van outside. He was also rude. Then the inspection of the vehicle is a joke and how can you hold anyone liable for anything when the vehicles are so close you can even get a good photo. The employee didn't even come outside to go over the damage that may be there. All this and charged almost $400 for this so inconvenience and not happy at all with the service or the process. I will be called in i do feel I should get some kind of discount for the inconvenience of all that was going on i have done business with U-Haul a couple of different times and never complained about anything.

I was so difficult to drop off by the website,as I was taking the pictures to show that the truck 🚛 was clean and in the same conditions as received..it was over a hour and I couldn't finish properly because it was giving me errors

I didn't like it because I delivered the equipment at 2:17 and they said that I returned the equipment at 6 in the afternoon increasing the cost of what I used and the equipment was delivered before the time it should

They so unprofessional they had my credit card on file and they could’ve charged it but instead they reported their truck stolen and they expect me to pay almost $2500 to release the truck, worst experience ever, absolutely don’t recommend it to anyone

Even though the fault is 50/50 I was not pleased by having a broken AutoTransport. I lost a job slot to tow a car due to this issue, Waited for 2 hours for Road Side assistance and still needed to wait another hour. Request was sent at 11:50 and at 2:00 Pm they were still 60-70 minutes to arrive. Store personal were friendly and they tried to help me out, they treated me with respect but this inconvenience cost me time and money.
