THE TEAM THERE IS TERRIFIC AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY & FOCUSED BUT TERIBLY UNDER STAFFED THERE.SHOULD BE AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE AT COUNTER, ESPECIALLY AT WHAT IS PROBALBY THE BUSIEST TIME, 8-9:30 AM.

Make sure you review your invoice and approve all charges before leaving location - My salesman said he would email me the invoice and after review I found a Charge on my Credit Card that I never approved/ but called and it was corrected.

Van was not clean. Had deicer pellets in both back door and side door. Floor of van was wet & sticky because of it. There was orange tape that said "24 hours" around the windshield. While driving there was a loud noise and I had to stop on the highway to see what it was. The tape was flapping streamers and the piece across the top of the windshield was only stuck to the metal not to the windshield causing a flap that made the loud noise. Why?

It would have been helpful had the customer service representative told me that not all trucks are equipped with ramps. The truck I rented did not have a ramp but luckily I had someone with much experience with moving helping me the day I moved.

I didnt have a problem with this location...what i did have a problem is that i reserved a truck 2 weeks ago from a location 5 minutes from my moving point and a day before the pick up date they called me to tell me th hey didnt have a truck for me and had nothing avail within 50 miles and suggested i take another date....and after stressing me out they called me in the evening to tell me they had one 40 minutes away and if i didnt want it then i should cancel....im very annoyed with the customer rep since she wasnt empathic to the situation..

This was my first time renting a uhaul and it was simple, fast and convenient. My only issue was when I went to return the truck, there were so many other returned vehicles that I didn’t know where to leave the truck. I parked it in the return line but I didn’t feel secure leaving it there. I just wish there was more space for returns. Otherwise, I will be renting from the location again. Thank you for making the rental experience a breeze!

The reservation was changed numerous times without my consent the days leading up for truck pick up; I kept getting different texts/emails from different location pick up. On pick up date I received a text (30 minutes before reservation confirmation time) stating i had to pick up my truck in another state (Yonkers, NY.) two hours away from my initial pick up location in New Jersey. I had to call customer service and spend some time on the phone to get everything sorted out as there was not a truck available the morning of pick up. It was nightmare and so much back and forth about my reservation including my auto transporter which I had to pick thirty minutes away from the pick up location. They said pay for the Uber and they will reimburse me which I think it is an inconvenience if you don’t have the funds to begin with.

The auto transport trailer was in poor condition one of the crack handle was broken which I didn't notes into after I left and loaded the vehicle plus the cracks were so rusted for they was very hard to strapped down and tighten up I had to rigging away to tighten down the the front wheel with the crack with the broken handle because when I called the location back they said they could swap the trailer with one of the other 2 auto transporter because they are reserved for other customers the following day I would think the goal would be to satisfy the current customer issue at that time but not at this very poorly managed location when return the damage trailer I informed the manger of this location and his response was very disappointing he seen to not even care about by bad experiences and said by it just need to lubricated, moving forward I will try to avoid using this location and I should have been refunded for being giving a damage trailer that was reserved in advanced . Thiis location us to be okay but the new management at this location is very bad plus the workers didn't how to pull up my reservation information he was creating me a new reservation instead into I requested someone else who know they are doing. This an F grade location now!

I don’t know that I would ever rent from Uhaul agin or recommend. The miscommunication to pick up truck was stressful. My pick up location changed to 4 different locations within an hour. There was no communication and no one wanted to help and then offered a smaller Uhaul. When I wanted to talk with someone to help me. They told me they would take my info and someone would call me 48-72 hours. I drove 4 hours only to get the run around. We will see if someone from UHaul calls me back!

Mr. Devin Uter is a great salesman and seems very Dedicated to his job Devin displayed determination and consistency while focusing on helping me with my needs. Truck felt like it was falling apart steering wheel felt like it was gonna come off truck was stalling and on top of it no heat what so ever not even the blower worked .. never had this issue when renting from budget

Mechanically the vehicle was very well maintained. Only negative was Inside windshield of truck was very dirty and I had to clean it for driving. Automated check in process was excellent. Would try to highlight more at time of reservation documents needed for rental

Stop trying to rob people. I'm done with uhaul. I returned my auto transport at 2 am, they didn't return it until 10 charged me another day. After I went in they told me they would credit me for the mistake. Then charged me again a couple days later to sneak it back it in. Scam to the max.

The girl at the counter asked for a secondary phone number, i do not have one, she stated she could not rent me the trailer if I did not provide one. She then decided a few times to answer the phone, how rude. I said i really do not have one, she insisted. So i asked her to put any number in, since I do not have one. Why is this an issue NOW? Look at my history, I have rented many, many times and had never been asked to provide a secondary phone number. Please respond to my question. I am tired of being treated like an idiot by your seemingly unapologetic counter people.

The young man who signed me in was an absolute professional who explained everything clearly. His upbeat personality really made the experience pleasant. No bugs, or rodents! However; building really needs updating. Stairs and steep ramp are too cumbersome. Moving extremely tiresome, difficult, and dangerous. No customer appreciation. Workers nice.
