Location was okay, terrible experience with Hackensack and Englewood location. I called Hackensack before renting the truck to confirm they had it available, then I get a phone call from them telling me they did not have my truck. I am then sent to Englewood location to pick up the truck i didn’t even asked for because it was a lot smaller, I immediately told Hackensack Rep to call Englewood and confirm they have the truck, I then arrived at the Englewood location to find out there is no one at that location and the truck that I had asked Hackensack to confirm was never there. Terrible experience !!!

Train employees to avoid creating an adversarial atmosphere with customers. This customer just wants a place to store his property for a time and isn’t interested in having to deal with I’ll-mannered employees. To be fair, not all of the employees were ill-mannered but, very few were helpful towards explaining options or finding solutions that matched my needs. Lease units when the customer wants to lease. Provide the size of unit that the customer requests. Have the correct unit ready when the customer arrives. Do not leave for the day until the lock for the unit has been removed. Be professional, explain all of the options available without prodding from the customer. Set up the account for automatic payment, as requested by the customer, instead of failing to secure automatic payment and then threatening the customer with late payment fees. Provide insurance that covers all units leased instead of an ala carte approach. This facility has potential to be a good facility but needs a thoughtful evaluation. Send a crew of management level employees to move a truckload of property into this building. I would expect that they would identify 20+ ideas for improvements that would greatly improve any customer’s experience. As it now stands, I cannot give a positive critique of this facility to anyone that I know and care about, much less recommend that they patronize this establishment.

I was not given the right amount of mileage and had to pay extra 20 miles. from m the saddle Brook location to my home address it was 15 miles. From my destintion to the Dagsboro was about 10 miles why was I charged extra travel time for the pick-up and drop off? Please give answer

I rented a tow dolly on 11/28 at 7am and returned it before 1pm that day. The following day I received a receipt notification that I did not return it until 11/29 at 3pm. I now had to take my time to fix their error.

Horrible!!! U-Haul change my appointment time and location. Then called me up the day I was supposed to pick it up to them for me that they did not have a truck available. What was supposed to be a pick up and return to same location became a huge mass u-Haul change my appointment time and location. Then called me up the day I was supposed to pick it up to them for me that they did not have a truck available. What was supposed to be a pick up and return to same location became a huge mess. I ended up paying so much more money than I was quoted but U-Haul was so nice to give me a $25 credit towards my next rental. Not happening in this lifetime !!! Will never recommend them to anyone else !!

Only thing my reservation was switched to 2 different locations and then the trailer at north Bergen was not available and then I was sent to saddle brook and killed my loading time and forced me to to load in the rain the equipment was great customer service was great at saddle brook

Front window was filthy!! The glare from the sun because of it was terrible!! You could see about 6 different spots where the suction cup for a gps or phone previously were. They should be cleaned when they are returned. The rest of the van was pretty clean. Also on return, the sign says to pull up here & wait for someone. I did. No one came out. I went inside & there were 3 employees & 1 customer. Someone then went out to check the van?!?!

The staff could be faster. There was only one person working the yard and I had to wait 15min to get my rental. The girl inside was unclear and Not friendly at all. I will not be coming back to this location.

Please don’t forget to add the material(s) your customers rent in the truck before handing the keys. Please keep your promises of calling your customers back when when told to. Most importantly improve your communication skills when processing any transactions.

Started off wrong. Then the pick address wrong , then drop off wrong. . The only moment I felt better about all of the problems, happened when Chris at the SADDLE BROOK pickup took charge and move right along.. Thank you Chris Also want to give mention to the guy not sure of his name but anyway ge notice I dropped of the van and he made sure to get the in touch with traffic and fix the drop off to his location Highland self storage and Wine storage thank you..

Mino, one if your employees, was rude to me, and kept me waiting for a long time when I was returning my rental. I had a disagreement about the amount of gas that was in the truck when I left after I picked it up, and he accused me of being a liar.
