I wasn't unable to retain my possessions before auction,(but)in the process uhaul did give me ampaulable enough time.to obtain my possessions, but at the present time, money was not in my possession to afford the fee.. I can't say that you are a legit business.and u-haul will work with individual.

I was told the wrong information about renting a trailer one way when I went to pick up my trailer at another location because that location did not have it. The employee that was at the Brunswick location did not honor with the man at the prospect Street location gave me he didn’t give me a break on the price, but I think I should have got it for the rate that the first gentleman told me I was.
My back was against the wall being that I was moving long distance so I had to pay extra that was not in my budget for the move.

Interior of my trailer was totally missing one D ring for tie down, making it difficult to use for its intended purpose. There was also trash and dirt inside of the trailer when I got it. The employee at pickup was also abrasive and not customer-oriented at all. Next time I’ll go no doubt go somewhere else if I am able.

The Uhaul truck was poorly maintained. During the trip the back two driver side tires flew off the truck. I then noticed that there were issues with the lugnuts on the front passenger tire. It was a horrible experience and luckily no one was seriously injured or killed.

Used auto transport AT 5639 W / registration IDAHO CCN 993; equipment is old, poorly maintained, front left wheel stop guard is bent and it can damage low clearance vehicles bumpers or engine shields, securing straps can use replacements, the cranks are rusted and require effort to be tightened and release; But all described is expected, considering a rental and that's fine. The real problem comes with electrical harness connector, wires are broken, you can easily see that it is an old wire interruption, the other wires have cracked insulation; lights work, there is no brake light and right turn signal. This is a safety issue, I believe this equipment is unsafe to be used in traffic, can endanger life and public safety; the staff is very helpful and nice, I reported the issue, hopefully they'll take care of it

I had mice in my unit and there were poop droppings everywhere in my clothes on my furniture on dishes. Just disgusting. I reported this issues twice. I have pictures or all my stuff. The Uhaul crew was very accommodating. Until...my belongings were in the storage unit a year and my belongs were EXTREMELY destroyed/damaged by rodents. I didn't use the Brunswick Ave location. I am not using any storage there either. HYANNIS locatio couldn't find Buxton's Storage on Ferry Road, Ewing, 08618. Had to correct by calling UHAUL.
