The truck drove fine but I can tell the truck wasn't cleaned after the last use. It smelled like sweat and must and the seats and steering wheel were sticking. The cup holders had spilled dried liquid in it as well. Just clean better.

There is no mirrors on front of hood so you can’t see by right bumper , on a huge truck this is something vital. There also wasn’t a Dolly available when I had reservations I was supposed to have a Dolly , seat is so low in truck and no way to raise up I had to get blankets and put under so I could see over hood it’s not normal the seat won’t rise up and it seemed as the seat dropped over every bump. The mirrors were also an issue I was by myself so it took me 20 minutes to try to get mirrors right to see. The truck also was shaking while driving probably bad tire joints and very dangerous brakes seemed like they were low too , trucks are outdated , guys were very nice but the lighting was terrible no lights on inside building so if you look at products hard to see

Tracy at this location was great. Originally I went to the 2890 Brunswick Pike Lawrence, NJ 08648 location which held my reservation. They were not open at the advertised hours (around 7:30am) which was a very bad experience. Your customer service reset my reservation to 474 Brunswick which went great.

Better equipped. But associate went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Once way trip cost is too high, truck returned two days early and I was still charged for full five days. That policy needs to change. That truck can possibly go right back out, and U-Haul makes more money. I think that’s unfair.

The only complaints that is 1) the security door was left wide open from time to time when I arrived to go in and there was no one there. 2) I believe the price for the storages was to high when there's other storages around in the vicinity that's cheaper especially for the smaller ones.

I reserved a 10 foot truck when I got there they didn't have one so I got a 9 foot cargo van. The cargo van didn't fit what I needed to move so I had to extend my rental to the next day and got a 10 foot truck. The truck light check engine light was lit and a tire pressure light was on. I was told the truck was fine and the sensors don't work. They said that's all they had.

I rented the truck for four hours, one of which I wasted at the counter because the system was down. I had to complete the move in less time because the contract stipulated that I had to return the vehicle within four hours—meaning they didn't account for the time I lost at the counter handling the paperwork. And honestly, it was far too expensive for a 10-foot truck that I drove for only 16 miles; over $60 is excessive.

The check engine light was on when I picked up the truck. I was told it was just a sensor and it was okay to drive. The temp alarm kept going off, had to put heat on to prevent it from overheating. Told them when I dropped off the truck. Doubt they even bothered to look at it.

I was told the wrong information about renting a trailer one way when I went to pick up my trailer at another location because that location did not have it. The employee that was at the Brunswick location did not honor with the man at the prospect Street location gave me he didn’t give me a break on the price, but I think I should have got it for the rate that the first gentleman told me I was. My back was against the wall being that I was moving long distance so I had to pay extra that was not in my budget for the move.

Brunswick Ave facility gave me a bill for the unit 1121 while I purchased 1125 and started calling my secondary contact stating I was delinquent. I didn't want this to hit my credit report. So I canceled my auto pay and vacated my unit ,because of the problem.

This facility is trash, Not secure at all .Anyone can walk right in and break locks and there are no cameras. Open broke fencing and they ask if you're interested in insurance for the unit. Awful and Sad across the street from a freshly built city school.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am beyond frustrated with the storage. It was wet in there, I checked my items and I had a bag of 14 pairs of shoes that were drenched and moldy. It was disgusting and un hygienic. I will not recommend anyone storing there. Unhappy customer.

after booking a unit online for the stated price, i was shocked to find that U-Haul is unable to keep their word on the units and pricing, as the location said the unit would actually be double the price, and uhaul did not take responsibility for this discrepancy. I do not understand how my reservation online wasn’t upheld, as if uhaul doesn’t guarantee reservation pricing, why have a reservation system at all?

I am not saying anything bad really but don't keep your things here there is a major issue with rodents and bedbugs I would not recommend this place needs to only be for the vehicles and moving trucks no more than that the storage unit had ruined almost everything I owned but I had to pay for insurance.... The staff was excellent I never had a problem with my storage I would definitely use it again if necessary thanks for your service. their Trenton NJ office and main st in Hartford CT office their staff is great they should be honored.

I had mice in my unit and there were poop droppings everywhere in my clothes on my furniture on dishes. Just disgusting. I reported this issues twice. I have pictures or all my stuff. I wasn’t pleased with at all. Even though the unit was outside they should’ve done something about this to ensure my stuff was protected. Especially since I paid insurance every month.

The Uhaul crew was very accommodating. Until...my belongings were in the storage unit a year and my belongs were EXTREMELY destroyed/damaged by rodents. They nested,eaten paperwork, boxes mice droppings and pee stains EVERYWHERE in my unit. All I was asked by the crew "do I have insurance"? It was horrible and loss of my belongings experience. 😞

I reserved a storage unit 2 weeks ahead and they gave it away giving me a small unit that i couldnt even fit my furniture now i lost out on furniture for my kids and i they didn't seem to care and wasnt too polite

I didn't use the Brunswick Ave location. I am not using any storage there either. HYANNIS locatio couldn't find Buxton's Storage on Ferry Road, Ewing, 08618. Had to correct by calling UHAUL.
