The app has a lot of issues that needs to be fixed. For instant, when my wife tried to pay the rental fee it wouldnt go through via app. Therefore, causing her to go inside to may the payment. With that being said, that's the only issues that we had with you guys.Tyrone S.

The online check-in didn't work. The website is clunky. I was charged for two rental periods because the app did not allow me to extend my time and there were at least six vans available at my location. Consistent communication across associates or placed on contract so a dispute is not necessary to resolve issue. Also have contract in a easily readable size instead of very small print. Make sure that they have the equipment that you need. I got a call from a customer service rep telling me that everything we reserved was available and when going to the location they did not. When receiving the truck it was beyond filthy. We passed a Lysol wipe and everything come out black, so much for maintaining sanitary equipment, especially during COVID....ROSANA P.

What is the purpose of reserving the equipment if no one ensures that it's going to be there? The truck was in excellent shape and we did get enough moving blankets. The trucks should be updated and a better ride for the prices and charges. It was like driving an antique from the 1970's. There's plenty of room in the cab to make it a 3 seater. Would be great to be able to sit another person. Trucks should have GPS navigation in them. This location is in a low income part of town and not convenient to get to. If you are going to be in a very low income part of town then you should be contributing to the community. As of now, I would never go back and certainly would never recommend it. The computer system kept going down while I was waiting in line to be checked in so you apparently need to update your systems as well. The whole experience made you look like an outdated company.bryun H.
1. They did not accept my credit card 2. I ordered a dolly which was not provided 3. We were told we could pick up early on the phone but we're not allowed when we got there, even though the same truck was there one hot later 4. This was the most frustrating and annoying experience of my life. You made us drive to Toms River to get a car trailer a two hour drive out of our way. Then your employee made storage arrangement at a storage place that does t do business with U Haul! So I had No storage reservations! Your company over charges and does nothing to help the customer.
