I was blamed for "wrecking" a back tire while renting the uhaul. The man who rented the truck to me did not take me for a walk around of the entire vehicle, in fact he only showed me the gas tank and the odometer and stated that I make sure to fill up the gas tank upon return. He wanted my rental payment as fast as possible and wanted to hurry me off the lot. I had 5 people with me yesterday moving and they are all witnesses that the damages done to that tire were not done on my time. I took several pictures of other tires on the same vehicle. The other tires have nails in them, tire rot, etc. it's very clear that this tire had tire rot. I am not paying for a tire that I am not responsible for damaging. No sane person would. In addition, upon returning the truck, the man had the worst customer service attitude. I tried explaining to him over and over, he did not want to hear any of it, and in fact just laid the paperwork at the end on the table and didn't even thank me for business. Never ever would I rent from this location again. Poor employee attitudes, poor vehicle upkeep, poor rental procedure.

Nothing. This was a great experience for me. I just wanted to have the truck for two days instead of one. I was not allowed to do a two-day rental online. So that was not related to the facility but the reservation process.

Make sure when a customer calls to rent out a trailer and doesn't know how big of a trailer they need that the employee that works at U-Haul can help. I read off a list of things thay we were moving and had the trailer half loaded just to find out that it all wouldn't fit. So we had to return the trailer and rent a truck.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Uhaul!!! I made a reservation July 26th & when it came time to pick up my order I was told that my original location only had the 10' truck but I would have to travel to another 20-30 miles to pick up the tow dolly. Ended up having to drive all the back close to my home to pick up both pieces of equipment. Although the Trenton NJ location was the only location to have what I needed, I was not able to leave the night that I scheduled due to faulty head light. Had to wait until the morning & return truck to the location, unload entire truck and reload onto a replacement truck. 12 hour trip turned into 19 hours due to issues with tow dolly. Chains kept disconnecting from under the car. Chain on passenger side broke had to use a plastic bag to tie up. Tow dolly brake light keep popping out of the encasement and tire straps would not stay connected. CS reps were horrible and gave me numbers to departments that were not able to assist. They only seemed interested in transferring or rushing me off the line. I couldn't get anyone to pull my recordings like I asked. Jennifer (Contact Center-AZ) & Breann (Tracking-Wilmingon NC) were especially dismissive & unwilling to help! Out of the many reps I did speak to...Bridgette was nice enough to document my complaint and let me know that I can do a Customer Action File at the end of my trip & after I had to divert my trip to Fayetteville & 2hrs back & forth phone convos I finally got Carmen (Tracking-Wilmington NC) who went above & beyond to find me a replacement tow dolly. Those two were the only CS reps that actually listened & seemed concerned about my experience. One of the worst experiences EVER!!!

Had to wait while only one agent checks people in/out. Truck had slightly less than 1/2 tank and returned exactly the same and was charged $5.00 for 1 gallon of gas! This is a scam!

It was a very busy weekend for rentals, but Ahmad let us know that he was picking up a van that might become available. He gave me his cell phone number so I could call and confirm. We were able to pick up the next morning and finish our move. Excellent customer service that we really appreciated.

My case number is 1142392. I tried to rent a truck and truck was not available at specified time due to only one truck in Stock and being used by client who was not returning g vehicle on time for me to rent. Rep called person they said I'm gonna be late coming back. Rep tried to put me in smaller vehicle but that would not work. I then told him I can't wait past my vehicle reservation as I have specific helpers that can't be late so this reservation would not work as the person renting it was going to be late returning it. This reservation was not successful due to the vehicle I wanted not available at specified time not because of me or my fault. I was told it met the guarantee of $50.00 returned to me yet I have not yet received it. I'm hoping this matter will be resolved soon and I am granted the 50.00. I had to make another reservation for another day as a result and get another helper because of this issue. Please help me resolve this. The rep misunderstood the truth that thus was not my fault or my error. I wanted to rent the correct vehicle at the specific time it was guaranteed but I was not able to due to no fault of my own.
