The pick up location staff were very nice and accommodating. The truck was clean on the inside but very dirty on the outside. The truck leaked oil enough that I had to put a cardboard box under it to protect my driveway. The brakes, when applied between 40 and 60 miles per hour, created a tremendous vibration and wobble experience that was quite scary. Breaking at moderate speeds created an unsafe condition in my opinion. The vehicle definitely not maintained to my standards. It was my first experience renting a UHaul truck and perhaps my expectations were too high. On a positive note, the air conditioner worked flawlessly and I made the 400 mile journey without incident. .

This store was absolutely amazing. I reserved a truck from a different location. Upon arrival they didn't have a truck. I called u-rent and they got me right into one. They were extremely understanding and made everything go very smooth!

My only issue for the most part. Vehicle was left with less than a 1/8 of a tank and I left it with 5/8 of a tank. I only received a credit of $7.00. Vehicles should be left with at least 1/2 tank for customers. I am requesting a $75.00 credit for extra gas put into the tank so please credit an additional $68.00. The manager was grumpy and not helpful over all, questions like; do you need a truck with a ramp, do you need any dollies? Once i rented the truck it was too late and I did need those things so I didn't get done everything I needed.

The gentleman working at the rental place was very nice. I arrived 12 mins early to pick up the trailer I rented. There was only one gentlemen checking customers in. I waited about 45 minutes before I was helped. I rented the 6x12 trailer. The other gentlemen hooked up the trailer and the lights were not working on the uhaul trailer. They tried to fix it but were unable. They had to call other places to see if there was another 6x12 trailer I could pick up. The closest one was Agoura Hills. I was not going to drive to Agoura to pick up another trailer, They were able to find me a 5x9 trailer which made us have to run a few more trips but we took it. I was charged for both the 6x12 trailer and the 5x9 trailer. It is now 4 days later and I have not received a credit for the 6x12 trailer that I did not get to rent. The people working there were all friendly and polite and I have no issue with them. The over all experience was horrible and wasted 2 hours of my time that should have been spent moving.

This place was discussing. Gary was very rude. Don was great. There was an issue because I was scheduled to return the equipment after hours. I was told to just return the equipment and take a picture that it was not a big deal. Then I get my invoice and I was charged a after hours fee. I would never do business with this company again.

I thought it was strange that they needed a second contact phone number and that they had to call that person to confirm the number. I have never heard of that and I really did not like it.

The gentleman at the front counter, although I did not get his name, was excellent! (he was wearing a Lakers hat) Very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I rate him a 10 out of 10 stars!

I hated this location. Horrible customer service and poor priorities management from over the phone to in person customer. 45 minutes is unacceptable for picking up a rental item that I was first in line for. Dropping off wasn't much better. I will encourage others to never visit this location because of the lack of urgency and poor customer interaction.

my only complaint was the side mirror on the drivers side of the truck. The mirror was moving while I was driving. It's unstable.

Owner attention was to non-Uhaul renters. I was asked to wait (45 minutes) because the "paperwork for Uhaul takes 30 minutes".

The truck broke down on the freeway when I was driving to return it. All of a sudden the truck started to shake and you could feel the engine sputtering out and it finally stopped moving. I was stuck on the freeway for about 20 minutes, then when I turned the truck back on only one engine light was on, whereas when the truck started to shake two lights came on quickly and flashing. The location is great, the people who work at the location are excellent. The truck breaking down and being charged for that day is ridiculous. That isn't the people at URent but the corporate people at UHAUL that have no representation and make the brand UHAUL meaningless with no personal sense of who the company is

There was some confusion/change to the online pickup process. It wasn't a huge inconvenience but the links sent to update ID photos and vehicle inspections asked for a contract # and a vehicle #—no combination of the information on the forms provided seemed to allow access to further steps.

I had no problems with location But the computer system for reserving checking in returning your equipment. you change locations as soon as soon as I was done making the reservation, computer check-in didn't work, could not down load drivers license, was dropped and held on phone calls, transferred all over. YOUR LUCKY YOU HAVE A MONOPOLY.

Gary Evans was helpful when I came to pickup my 26' moving van since whomever had it rented prior didn't return it by the day prior. Yet would not use U-Haul based in my total experience. I was early and waited a 1/2 after the assigned pickup time. Additionally I was double billed for two days due to the employee of this location not checking it in that evening. I also called due to the text alerting me from U-Haul and yet that was a waste since I was calling to confirm I had returned my rental. The woman told me she would handle it but the bill was double due to no one on site or in the phone doing what they told me they would do. I than called Gary and he stated he would take care of it. I guess three times is the charm?

Even though I had completed most of the booking online it still took this operated over 45 minutes to complete the process. He was the only one there and moved quite slow...he found a need to talk with random people about “stuff” than help me with renting the truck. Returning the vehicle was also lengthy and full of opportunity to improve the pace and process. A frustrating experience and one that didn't have to be!

Please let customers know that their insurance may not cover any accidents. I had major issues loading the auto dolly. Wish I would have had some professional assistance.

Customer service super slow. after making reservation on line it took aprox 45 mins to process paperwork. Attendant started helping me then was instructed by owner to go get a truck for other customer when he was in the middle of my transaction. He came back a little lost on where he left the process.(owner does not respect other customers, only the one he is helping) If you go to this place my recommendation is, wait for owner to help you this way you get full service. Unless you want to spend your time seeing how poorly this business is operating.

The personnel at U-Rent were great! The experience of using my smart phone to rent the truck was the absolute worst! I will forever curse U-Haul for going this route. Before the guy over the counter did everything, help me, etc. The experience of using the phone was to put it bluntly and sincerely, "shitty." I had to wait forever for pages to load, and once loaded, I had to take a picture of my driver's license at least seven time, because it would not "download." When I called the 800 number for help, the girl was pleasant, but downplayed the serious pissed off nature of my call for having to deal with this stupid system. I may never rent from U-Haul again.

The staff was great - very helpful. U-Haul Computer Systems were terrible. It took 1.5 hours to pick up the trailer. AND I had reserved it for a totally different location and had to pick up 1 day earlier in a completely different location which was very inconvenient.

I was uncomfortable leaving my 4' X 8' enclosed trailer unattended after hours but was unable to lock it up in any way and had no place to park it in my temporary housing garage. Maybe some kind of lock box with a padlock belonging to the business and a code for customers?

I made my reservation four days in advance and booked a 24 hour rental period. I was on time to pick up the trailer and ended up having to wait more than an hour for the trailer to show up. Despite making a 24 hour reservation the staff at U-Rent called me FOUR HOURS prior to the end of my rental period stating I was late and that another customer was waiting. To make matters worse the billing system was going to bill me TWO DAYs despite only having the trailer for 20 hours of a 24 hour reservation. I WILL NEVER USE THIS U-HAUL LOCATION AGAIN.

The gas tank started out at just below 1/2 tank. I returned the vehicle with over 1/2 tank. When I checked out the vehcile I was told to return it with 1/2 tank. When I returned the vehicle I noticed that 9/16 of a tank was circled on the paperwork and had to pay a gas charge. I'm pissed!
