What I expected from U-Haul. When inspecting before hooking up..it would be helpful to point out any existing “damage” as sometimes the person is trying to keep up w other “check out items. “

Due to the fact that uhaul was trying to force me to drive 56 miles round trip to go to pick up a auto transport trailer they forced me to pay for an additional day of use due to the fact that the local facility would NOT be open for buisness for pick up of the equipment on the day of actual usage and for that the customer , me , was penalized for the facility being closed for buisness and for this uhaul should look at their program for their rates and correct it based on rental facilities operational hours .

U Sav Auto Center was fine to deal with. My issue is why UHaul did not include a spare tire with the trailer rental. I had a flat tire on Interstate and had to wait quite a while to get the tire replaced. This cost me a lot of time lost. If UHaul included a spare, I would have changed the flat and been on my way. Other than that, it was fine.

They need to INSPECT the equipment better ! The rachet straps that go around the tires of the vehicle on trailer -- THE RACHETS NEED TO BE OILED EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE ! SIMPLE, I sprayed W-D40 on them to get them to work correctly !

customer service from the guy working inside. Shut the front door of the business on my father and myself, 2 different times. wiped out the u-haul floor with his hand to clean it for us. back of uhaul was not swept out. His attitude needs work

I brought the truck back on Saturday after they closed. It's on a quiet but open area road. You have to use the U-haul app to complete the return, process was easy, follow the pic prompts then done. The personnel helpful ? should have a n/a option.

The cab smelled of cigarette's , ashes' all through the console ...very nasty for us non smokers. We, the people that rent the trucks, would have to pay a cleaning fee ...but yet the business that we pick up from can rent the trucks out like this....gross.

The office smelled strongly of cigarettes. Wouldn’t tell a business owner how to run their place but maybe consider placing a window to allow customers remain outdoors.

The location was not U saw in TN, It was in Carrollton, GA. No one was on site had to call and put on hold was told just to drop the trailer if I could do it by myself. Not good
