There was no one there to receive the truck , I don’t work for U-Haul why do I need to check in the truck ? If I don’t do your job and check in the truck you will charge me a fee which force me to do your job . If Penske was cheaper I would us them

This is my favorite UHaul location. The owners and staff are always so helpful and kind. They do everything they can to make sure you have everything you need for whatever you're moving. They make the process simple and stress free. This time I just stopped in to inquire about moving an atv. I was met with friendly faces and helpful staff. Not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience or a bother. Best UHAUL staff in my opinion.
Dawn SRequested an appliance dolly and was told multiple times they had to locate one. Day before picking up the truck they told me no luck. Gave me a regular dolly and still was charged for the appliance dolly. They need to be stocked and prepared
