The person in charge was extremely helpful. Even though I choose the far away location, he made the whole experience nice & easy . I chose the wrong location, wrong vehicle, etc. he was patient and guide me through the whole process. It seems like he loves what he do. He didn't make it look like a task , he did everything with easy and with a smile on his face. I will definitely drive 45 minutes to that location for any future business. I didn't got his name to give him a shout out. I think he is a Native American on his late 40 . I just want to say He's an awesome guy.MARIA P.

Make sure trucks in safe condition such as having dash lights that work. Had to flash light to see speed and ck gauges. No leaks from over head door..clean the truck. Lady that helped me was courteous but other lady was rude.Linda H.

It took almost two hours to go through the process of getting this vehicle. The whole process was very frustrating, the system kept timing out and we had to start all over, it asked repeatedly for the same pics and info, proxy server errors, it was really bad. I hope I never have to use this system again, at least not until you get it working right!Garret B.

Will be contacting the BBB regarding your company practices. I have never been abused so badly by a company before. I had reserved a truck 2miles away from my home went to pick it up no truck available. They found one 25miles away that I had to drive to pick up then I'm charged the mileage and charged for oads and dolly I never ordered!!!! Dont use uhaul period they are crooks!!!Sharon R.
The only issue I have is that I was required to take the trailer to a uhaul 35 miles away from my destination. This was because the 3 local uhaul lots did not have room. I was told by the u haul I got the trailer from it was not a problem but then the return destination was changed, via email, to a distant location. I called before the return and was told to take it to the distant location by corporate, not really efficient for me. But the trailer was greatRob D.

Uhaul is a great company with great people and needs a better ap. The ap and software the dealers have to work with are not working well-glitches, stops and freezes: go back and start over. The dealer software and peesonal ap do not showcase the actual company culture at all. Tyclemens H.

The woman who helped me, Deborah, was so very nice and helpful. I showed up 3 hours earlier than I signed up for on line, and my truck was ready and waiting. She was very disappointed that the windshield had not been cleaned, so she cleaned it herself. This was the easiest U-haul rental I've done, and Deborah was such a joy to deal with.CAROLYN B.

Do what you say you are going to do. I was assigned to a Bullhead City location only to be sent to a location 45 minutes south. Then to find out that the equipment was not available on Saturday. It took three round trips to finally get the equipment. Once the equip was available I found I have been over charged almost $50 and the blankets I reserved a month earlier were not available. I would have thought the 21 vs 48 reserved were charged without any consideration for how the 5 hours travel time to finally pick up the equipment. Jose was the hero and took matters in his own hands and drove to get the equipment. I would have been out loading labor scheduled Sat and then again on Sunday. Unacceptable UHaul for putting your employees in a horrible situation. I reserved the equipment over a month in advance! Again, unacceptable. Your district manager did nothing!Reneta G.

The truck smells like cigarettes, the mileage that was on the contract was not the mileage on the odometer when i was given the keys (have pics of this), the steering wheel was all nasty and sticky where it turned my hands black and there was pop all over the ceiling (have pics of this as well). Before i could request a clean truck with the correct mileage, the lady left right away so there was no one at the office. Was really dissatisfied with this rental. We've used uhaul several times in the past, but this was not what we expected when paying to rent this truck.Bonnie B.

The Man running the store was dirty and unprofessional. Cussed at me when I left. He was not there when I arrived so I had to wait 20 minutes for him to return after Driving from Kingman with my 4 year old. His new person was not trained and had no Idea how to return my truck. When the man finally got there. He asked me if I used the app?? I was never informed of using any app. A nice woman told me to return the truck before 2pm and she will refund my $100.00. The extra miles came out to $9.63 so he figured out in his brain that I had $89.43 coming I was thinking like really you should give me my $100 and call it a good day. I am now 35 minutes in then he calls someone name Tony and had a conversation about how to return my truck without the app. after 40 minutes he finally found my $100 in his dirty jeans pocket with his fly open and opening more as he scrounged threw his pockets. Then found my 100 dollar bill and asked me if I had change?? How cheap and rude of this guy now my ride with my 1 year old baby has been outside for 30 minutes my 4 year old has also been waiting for 45 minutes and then this dirty dressed man who doesn't have change wastes my time more and then I had to give him $10.00 so he rips me off for the change I said you should have giving me the difference for wasting my time and my families time. Said thank you he said you know what I said what?? You make me wait then you don't have your shit together then you as me for change and waste my time I said I will never come back her again he said good get out the Fuck out of here. I said Fuck you. You worthless piece of shit. He said fuck you get out of here back. I said thank you Merry Christmas mother fucker and left. He cussed something else but already an hour in and my kids completely restless I kept my self in control and I left and didn't call the police but I should have. This guy running your store is a disgrace to the U-Haul name and should be terminated immediately. Call me if you have any further questions. I will help anyone who wants to give me justice by terminating this dirty unorganized ungrateful and extremely rude man from your organization.
