Franciso VA complete disappointment I paid 2,700 miles more or less and I had a family problem and I had to return to California I contacted the company and informed them that I would return the truck in California they measured it is fine when I deliver the truck the contract will deserted. And it will open a new one. Ysele renbolsarsars what corresponds to you back pay 4,000 dollars of the rental for 8 days return it in three days and only use 1,200 miles. They brought me 2 days back and forth. I'm still waiting for my refund. Someone contacted me, he asked me for information to send me a check. They still haven't rented the truck. People continued to make money with my time and my miles that I paid. It's not fair.
Porfiro PThis location was an absolute mess. The employee could not log onto the computer and had to call someone to do it over the phone. When I made the online reservation, the associated videos showed that uhaul could provide straps for toy hauler. This location did not have straps available or even a lock for sale. It is mostly a junk store with very used items for sale. I would have gone somewhere else for the trailer, but Uhaul recommended this location.
Dustin MI had to pass three other Uhaul drops to get to this location which was in a thrift shop.
