It started with a call to change the location site, 30 min prior to our appointment in received another call that the employee called in sick and I was going to have to help myself. Once I arrived at the site, I called number provided and was given a code to allow myself into the lot. Hooked up trailer myself, checked lights myself, looked at tires myself ( back passenger side tire tread was limited with 1,400 miles to travel i was a bit nervous. I was advised to snap and send a picture of the hook up to the phone number and let myself back out of the site. CUSTOMER SERVICE, what customer service? I understand people call in sick, however this was move out weekend in a college town of Huntsville Texas not a small town. No discount was offered, I did everything myself besides sending a picture of my license, license plate on truck and 2 contact numbers. Terrible

Tim WThe back loading area was dirty and needed to be swept out - but that was not a big deal compared to the fact that the windshield wipers were horrible and I almost went off the road several time because I was unable to see during a rainstorm. Also disappointed because Uhaul could not get me the 10’ truck I wanted and I had to pay extra for fuel for a 15’ truck. After all this headache and frustration I would appreciate some sort of financial compensation. The owner at the location said he tried to get the smaller truck

Joseph RIt was after hours when I returned the uhaul so I didn’t get to go in office or physically meet anyone, but they called and were very courteous and told me what to do when I dropped off, I told them my experience renting the uhaul from the other place and they told me they would fix that situation by telling their administrative manager. I took pictures, left 1/4 gas in it even though when I got it from the bell fort location it was on E. Left the uhaul very clean and ready for next customer.

JUDY LMy reservation was transferred from Trinity, TX to the Huntsville location the morning of my pickup. I was told Huntsville location was closing at 2:00p. I called to confirm a 1:45p pickup time. Agent left early and no one there. My truck left outside for 24/7 pickup but no code left for me to unlock tailgate to get the keys. All this took 2 hrs. Then I find out no blankets were in the truck. I ordered 10.
