The drop off location was the only one that I was offered. It was 11 miles away from my location and I was charged for the extra mileage that I was forced to utilize. There was a location about a mile away from my listed address that I could have used and stayed within the mileage limit. It’s a ripoff being charged extra to relocate your vehicle.

SYLVIA Hi had rented the track with 3 appliances dolly but i didnt get it. I called the phone number that was on the application form and he sent me to talk to an other phone number. Not recommended.
Gonzalo MThere was barely enough room to park the U-Haul when returning it and while taking all of the required pictures to return it, you are right next to a very busy road and it is not safe. There also was a gate that was closed with a keypad and no way to get to the office to talk to anyone for any questions or concerns.
