The manager here Nancy is rude, the field manager Rusty made promises about fixing the issues by arranging some things to help me out and never ever followed through, you'll be lucky if you can get help at this location when they decide to be there to work or remember to forward their phones. I wouldn't trust them again, however uhaul did great themselves.

BRENDA SNo recommendations for improvement. I enjoyed the friendly lady at the front desk at this location, and thought she was extremely helpful in this rental process. She guided me through it with ease and maintained a very positive attitude the whole way through! I appreciated her help very much because I had never rented a U-Haul before! I never caught her name, but she was definitely the best customer service I’ve ever received!!
SAMANTHA GI work down the street at another storage facility and I recommend this Uhaul dealer to all of my tenants. They are always professional and do not over or charge me for another person's order then refuse to credit me back. (This happened at another uhaul dealer in town)

Julie PNot one thing. The manager was great and very good. We have had bad experiences with uhaul in the past and she was great. I work at another self storage facility down the street from her business and I send and will continue to send people to her location.

Nanette CLocation was closed for lunch at pick up time. Had to do an online pick up which was tedious and dropped the equipment rental which we needed. Would have used a different location had we known ahead of time they were closed between 1-2 PM
Kevin JTires were in bad shape. Had a blowout that left me on the side of the road for 3 hours in 94 degree heat.

James YThe clerk at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She checked us in and backed the trailer into a spot for me, saving me time and embarrassment as I would have done the same job in 10 min. or so of trial and error. Great customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

steven sLet customers know even if a small empty box is left on the truck there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee also they make it as if giving you a extra day is free they don’t tell you the price of the extra days they just add it to the rental communication is key with everything and it was a few important things they forgot to mention.

Brandon CCheck out of equipment took an hour. The efforts of Clara, a stand-in for the usual desk help, were exemplary and went far beyond expectations - she stubbornly stayed with it until I was driving away with the equipment as promised. Problem was, I booked the rental online a few days before the pick up time, and the location should have been blocked from me doing so since Clara does not possess U-Haul qualifications to check in/out trailers. But when I arrived to pick up my rental, she went into action and got U-Haul personnel at the central office engaged to make the rental happen remotely. I am not pleased with the lack of communication that allowed the online booking at that location in the first place, but I am highly impressed with the customer service of Miss Clara and the folks she got on the phone who made the rental possible.

ROBERT BI was charged $50 for coverage I didn't ask for. The van was clean, but the last person left trash and the rental agreement in the passenger door. It was a new cargo van with less than 4k miles, so it ran great. No mechanical issues at all.

Heath LFirst I get there and no one is in the office. So start to check it in myself a lady rides up on three wheeled bike and Not one time did she ask if I needed help or even what I was doin. Finished the hole process and never seen her again.

CHARLA MHad to buy magnet trailer lights for $60.00 and replacement fuses for my SUV since the trailer kept blowing out my fuses for the trailer lights. $70.00 plus my rental fee and insurance was not worth it. I won't use U-Haul again.
