The office guy demanded (said Uhaul demands) a second address that you can receive mail at. This caused an unnecessary delay as I had to come up with an address (childhood house) to use for this useless part of their process. Please omit that wasteful part of signing up for a unit.

Make sure that equipment checked out is in good working order and not broken or non functional. Because of this , we had to wait for a repaur guy to come and fix the trailer that we rented and It put us behind schedule by 2 hours. Because of this I will rethink renting uhaul in the future.

I should have never been given this Truck. Leaked water on everything, and I have photographs of our wet belongings, and pictures of everywhere this Truck most likely Leaked. The Manager Melissa was Rude and as much as called me a Liar in reference to the Truck Leaking.

Have a bell or something to ring to notify the lot attendant that you have arrived. I stood around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk. Also, please confirm when the rental is finished. I dropped the van off after hours, but never received confirmation that my rental was closed.

We had a scheduled pick-up time to pick up moving van at 10:15 on a Saturday, July 20th. On Friday, we received a call from U-Haul that the pick-up location had changed. We received ANOTHER call from U-Haul that it had changed again. After we arrived at 5715 W. 6th Ave in Stillwater, the employee was not onsite and did not arrive until 11:20. There were other customers waiting as well for someone to help them. We called numerous phone numbers to reach someone. We were on a very tight time schedule, and this put us behind schedule for our move. Once the U-Haul Employee arrived, she was very unprofessional and had an uncaring attitude.

I wasn’t confident in the return process. It was just a verbal, “we got it”. I didn’t receive email/paperwork indicating it was officially “returned”. It would have made me feel a little better about process knowing I fulfilled my end of obligation. Otherwise excellent experience all the way around.

We had trouble using the self-service option and it was very slow. The lady at the office said she wasn’t able to help and we had to do it through the app. The person approving our rental had issues contacting our contacts and this process took 30 minutes while we were at a doong on the heat. I thought the app was confusing especially for the verification /approval step. Once approved it was a straight forward process.

The facility is dilapidated, dirty and unsecure. There were two doors to my unit one with someone else's lock. I'm assuming U-Haul's locked on it. They should not have access to my storage unit unless I give the two of them. The door you had to pull out on while pushing up or else it would catch him was unable to get it open. An alarm would sound every time I open the door. Think code did not disarm the alarm. This facility is the worst I've seen in one of the most expensive in the area on top of that. Would not recommend.

The facility was clean but my rolldown door had been broken for years! And yes I had told people. I had some issues with employees being not very knowledgeable or helpful but that was awhile back. And Melissa the manager has always been good! The only other thing was the price now.

Melissa and her staff ate great. After heavy tain storm we discovered a leak coming in thru the ceiling of our unit luckily nothing was damagrd. I told Melissa about it and she immediately had arrangements made to have it repaired. She had also provided us with a large tarp to cover our belongings to prevent anything from getting damaged before and during the repairs being completed. I definitely would do business with them again. Great job Melissa,

The location has a lot of Uhaul trailers parked in front of my storage unit which makes it a bit inconvenient to use the property. I was very excited about the location until that happened because they have a HUGE EMPTY lot on the other side of their location which is where I thought they would be keeping all their trailers (since that is where all the trailers were parked when I leased this unit). Not sure why so many trailers were moved in front of my storage unit.

This particular storage facility is not gated. The area is lit pretty well but there is no barrier other than the building door between the world and your unit. Also the interior of the units are not lit so it is somewhat hard to see what you are doing inside the unit beyond the light from the hallway.

My only complaint was that the website told me there was a free lock in the unit. When we arrived, there was no lock, so I had to go to Walmart to buy one. Other than that I had no problems.

I think some water leaked from the AC pipes onto some of my boxes. Unfortunately some books were damaged. That's on me for not sealing them in plastic I guess. Sometimes when I needed to go there it was difficult to find time around my work schedule when the location was open. Other than that it was fine. The customer service was good.

There was a lot debris and glass in the common drive areas to get to our unit. We often worried about getting a flat when we had to go our storage unit. Our rent was fairly pricey to begin with and kept increasing. We ended up finding another facility that offered us a larger unit for $50 cheaper per month.

The only problem was the employee in OKC UHAUL STORE gave us information that we would be able to store the storage unit that night and when we got there to the storage unit and checked in at front gate they said it was after hours and to come back then had to stay in a hotel to be able to unload the Uhaul the next day.

One of your employees was amazingly helpful in us getting our bed out of the unit. Allowing us to use his truck. The facility was very clean, well organized. The only thing I would suggest is some ice melt near the back building. Besides that, everything was great.

I have rented from Bobby for over 9 years. He has always gone above what normal people do as far as service. He is knowledgeable about many things and will come to your aid anytime. He will come in all types or weather conditions and make sure you are secure before you leave his shop. I will only rent from him. I have read some of the comments and I say if you are not satisfied with Bobby Dee then you must be the problem. He know what he is talking about and respects people in every way. He started as business but he takes it personal and I will always rent only from him if possible.

Facility is in a fairly convenient location to OSU. It is on a hill so I didn’t worry about my storage flooding, but also with that, you have to be careful taking the turns in a big truck. Sometimes the lot is empty and easy to maneuver, sometime it’s full of trucks making it a tight squeeze. It is not gated, but I felt it was secure. Someone is always there if you need something. Move in was easy. Move out was not bad, but make sure you follow up and get a confirmation right away. Would definitely use this facility again, if the need arises.

I was able to rent this storage unit over the phone for my daughter just before school closed for COVID. They sent all the needed information via e-mail and when we arrived the lock was in the unit and we were able to move in despite the office being closed. When we moved out everyone was kind and helpful. I like that the unit was temperature controlled and the cameras made me feel safe and secure leaving our stuff there. We will definitely rent a unit again next summer.

Over all a good experience with a storage unit. Only had a problem with the policy regarding payment/ prorating of unit if moved out early. The property had a couple issues. We had difficulty leaving the unit entry area because of some concrete damage caused our car to bottom out if not very carefully driven over. 4 star rating due to the few minor issues. Staff was always friendly and helpful and knowledgable when inquiring about policies and procedures. Thank you for the help when we needed someone while having to move back to Eastern Oklahoma.

The U-Box I rented had roaches living within it, without knowing I put all of my things into the U-Box and when I got it back my boxes had been infested with the roaches also. Very disappointed.
