I wouldn't recomend any U Haul facility. The employees was nice and friendly but U Haul doesn't allow you to have your own lock and they give out these cheap trashy locks that are a pain to lock and unlock. Screw U Haul. The monthly rent goes up through out the year.

Glen H | Overall ExperienceThis was a terrible experience. I did a reservation, supplied a credit card number and got a confirmation number. When my daughter got there, she was told there weren't any units available for what I reserved? What was the purpose of reserving one when it doesn't hold it for you? I found out later by other OSU Mom's that this U-Haul pulled this garbage on all of them too. Poor management, poor ethics. Ended up having to get a bigger unit for more money, not climate controlled. Nice little bait and switch if you ask me. I know for next year to avoid U-Haul completely and make sure everyone else knows to avoid it too. When my daughter got into her unit, she said it was full of bugs and had rat traps in it. Really made me feel great about their "pest control" statement they claim on their website. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Darrell B | Overall ExperienceI called 2 days prior to moving out and no one could help. Only manaager--got charged a late fee and the whole months rent. Okay--fine, but then when the lock got left on I asked if they could remove because I no longer had key. No response and received a notice for the next months bill. I hired a person to cut off the lock 2 days prior to getting charged again and when I went there the lock was already removed and "ready for customer green tag"-- the person on duty was fine and got unit closed. The manger would have charged me again while renting to someone else. The manager doesn't communicate at all and is not friendly or helpful. Will not use again. I'm out the charge of hiring someone to come with me to cut off lock due to your poor communication. Would you like to refund me?

Spoke with main national office and yet received three emails over the next 3 days about late fees. Your computer system needs to be updated or your personnel needs more training. Eventually got it corrected.
