Timothy I | Overall ExperienceFront attendants attitude was awful!! We arrived shortly before 7, stayed in the vehicle because we did not want to be rude. He turned the open sign from on to OFF. He then exited the store as soon at 7am hit and stayed outside for 10 minutes while looking at us standing inside waiting for him to help us. Once he came inside, he said “I don’t need talk to you, you can just put the truck keys in the box”. Did not even ask if that’s why we were there. We needed to get access to our storage unit. He was rude the whole time and even rolled his eyes at us. We could also hear someone in the back office, but they ignored us too. Just a very disappointing experience overall.
FAITH N | First ImpressionsI wouldn't recomend any U Haul facility. The employees was nice and friendly but U Haul doesn't allow you to have your own lock and they give out these cheap trashy locks that are a pain to lock and unlock. Screw U Haul. The monthly rent goes up through out the year.

Glen H | Overall ExperienceThis was a terrible experience. I did a reservation, supplied a credit card number and got a confirmation number. When my daughter got there, she was told there weren't any units available for what I reserved? What was the purpose of reserving one when it doesn't hold it for you? I found out later by other OSU Mom's that this U-Haul pulled this garbage on all of them too. Poor management, poor ethics. Ended up having to get a bigger unit for more money, not climate controlled. Nice little bait and switch if you ask me. I know for next year to avoid U-Haul completely and make sure everyone else knows to avoid it too. When my daughter got into her unit, she said it was full of bugs and had rat traps in it. Really made me feel great about their "pest control" statement they claim on their website. DO NOT RECOMMEND
