JOSEPH Dthe truck we rented had no step to enter the cab,which made to enter/exit .there were to many signs and decals that were distracting,the speed kills decal on the speedometer covered the numbers 40 -60.the gear shift lever was very loose and made it hard to select the proper gear.having the tow/haul mode activate every time you start the truck waste gas.
JOHN Wcongested lot and required me to back my trailer rental...which I'm not good at.
KENNETH SIt is ridiculous how they charge you for how far you drive the vehicles and you have to return the gas you use on top of that. It should be 1 or the other.
TREKENYA MHad to ask the clerk to get the extra pads that I paid for after he said I was good to go. Also I accidentally filled the tank all the way so it cost me an extra $50 that they wouldn't refund.
JUSTIN PFix the computers ( slow) The lady did an excellent job with what she had to work with and the crowd she had waiting in line. She was wonderful.

FRANCES BI wish the agent would have changed by reservation to round trip instead of one way each way. I was just going to Houston and back and got charged two one ways instead of round trip. I had to pay mileage and gas. Plus cost of truck both ways.
CHRISTINE HWe had a problem after reservation! They fixed the problem less than 30minutes and called me back with a solution! I will say, the young lady checking me in could work on her customer service skills. The gentleman at drop off, helped me step by step on what to do! Thank you!

RICHARD PMake sure all the running gear on your trailers is in good shape. All four hubs on the trailer were very warm after a short trip at the recommended speed of 55 miles an hour.

IESHIA DMaybe tell the people that it’s cheaper to not drive it back? I just paid $300 for a U-Haul and told the guy I was gonna drive it back so they weren’t out of a truck…. He just let me do that and literally doubled my rental fee because of the mileage.

JON MI'm disappointed in Uhaul. They are so inconsistent with how they charged me the 4 times we have rented from them within the past 3 months. I won't rent again. Obviously they care nothing about their customers.
RICHARD HThe truck wasn't clean. Food crumbs all in the cab and the back was not swept but it was when brought back. Thank you uhaul. Very professional and courteous employees. They upsale and are amazing and let the folks standing in line that they'd be right with them letting them know they are seen.

LARRY RThe staff was very friendly and knowledgeable; they were able to answer all my questions. I went to the location a few times and each time I was very pleased. On the day I left everyone assisted is connecting the trailer to the Uhaul truck and guided my own vehicle on to the trailer. The staff also guided me as to what to check every time I took a break and driving tips with respect to checking mirrors. This was my first time driving a Uhaul truck with a vehicle transport trailer. Their advise was very valuable and increased my confidence. Everyone worked very hard to assist me especially when trying to load my Tacoma on to the vehicle transport trailer. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Excellent caring people working. I would highly recommend this location. hank you so much!!

DANNY WUpon entering the location, customer service was very matter-of-fact. It was not unwelcoming, but it was not welcoming either. However, all questions were answered regarding the rental, and there were no issues with the rental. Returning was very simple.

CHARITY WI was charged $52 after attendant told me they would email an invoice after the vehicle was inspected. I have not received an invoice, and i cleaned the truck and filled the gas tank, as per the contract.
