The young lady who helped us was efficient and personable. This was our first time hauling, and she walked us through everything and made it easy. While she was explaining things, another customer approached. He was nasty, rude, and demeaning. She handled it with grace and professionalism. Color me impressed. Not sure if I would have been as nice. Had a great experience with this Uhaul location.

My trailer wasn’t hooked properly and unhitched as we were exiting the location causing the trailer to come crashing into our vehicle. The individual who hooked it came to help and his exact words were “I knew it”! I had my kids in the car with me, if there was any doubt that it wasn’t hooked properly why wouldn’t the ask for help, why would they let us drive off this way! My kids and I were terrified, this is absolutely ridiculous, how is someone like this trusted? I have been going to this location for years as I have a small business and this location is down the street from me but never again will I feel safe going here. I really hope there are repercussions for this individual!

The employee gave us the key and we spent like 10 min looking for the truck. We had asked the employee if our Appliance dolly came inside, since we had ordered one. He said yes. We left the store, only to find out that there was NO dolly. It was a HUGE disappointment

My u haul was given to someone else called Sebastian. They asked me to rebook and everything was booked at this location. They told me to go to other location and said I’ll get rental tools over there but that location was pick up only and tools like dolly were not available. I spend 2 hours to go back and forth and ended up eating my time

The Ford Transit vans are good, but the Ram Promaster(?) Vans are just better! If there were a way to guarantee the model, it would be very much appreciated. Frequently, the amount of stuff we want to bring to a show is limited by the van size, and knowing whether or not we can get thr big one makes a difference.

The website allowed me to rent a truck at 8am. The location was not open until 9am so my pickup time could not be honored.

Parking for some of us that need to leave our car while using the rental. Maybe only if you are using the rental while the shop is in operation. But I understand it could be a liability thing. But Some of us need a spot to park our car, especially if we are in the process of transferring stuff from vehicle to vehicle. Oh this is about the APP checking out part, sometimes the truck or van is parked so close to another truck or van that we are unable to get the photos needed for checking out. You ever try getting a side photo of a VAN while a truck is parked two feet next to it? But the staff here are fantastic, they always come through for me, that is why I enjoy coming here and giving them my business. They haven't let me down, they are always striving to assist me as a customer.

I rented the uHaul to collect donations for animals impacted by the recent fires, and bringing truckloads full of supplies to the Pasadena Animal Shelter. In the end, we were able to double their inventory with our donations. Your staff offered employee discounts on the rental, which they didn't need to do, but they did and we could not be more grateful! Thank you all!

First UHaul had to reschedule a different location, second location truck had check engine light, was sent to a third location, this trucks ABS and Traction control lights turned on mid way through the trip, cruise control didnt work, steering wheel was misaligned, horn didnt work and the buttons did not work. Had to drop off half way through the trip and was charged $660+ for an unauthorized return even though this truck was not safe to drive.

The app needs to be more clear that it is uploading photos. While I think the photos are a good idea, the upload process can be slow if one has a slow cellular connection, and it becomes worrisome for the person uploading photos that the procedure may be indefinitely hung because there is no indication of progress when photos are uploading. So, for example, an upload progress bar would help.

When in looking for a trailer to move some stuff. The guy that helped me was very helpful made an easy process. Was in and out in 10 minutes, and drop off was easier pulled in they assisted me right away dropping off the equipment was done in 5 minutes. It was an easy and great process.

The manager at this location needs customer service training. Cussing at us, yelling at us in front of my child, not letting me have a chance to clean the U-Haul before checking it back in, all of these things made our experience awful. We will never use your company or location again, and we are looking into taking further action.

The staff that helped me finish my reservation was amiable. Since my trip was one-way, I didn't know the exact place to return the truck. However, the staff at the Anaheim office told me where I could drop it off. It was not written in the contract, as there were two possible locations where I could return the truck. So far, so good. I was confident since it was not the first time I rented from Uhaul.

Unfortunately we were not able to get the storage size we needed so it was a hassle to load a trailer and our belongings not fit in the storage unit. However, Jose and Kevin were amazing! They were extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond for my husband and I. Great customer service!

This is by far the worst experience I ever have had!!! The facility is so dirty and the unit was filthy had a huge rat trap inside no lock included, looked as though the unit has been broken into recently. There are homeless people, and gang. Members lurking about . I am going there tomorrow to ask for a refund and gather my things and move them some where else. I'm appalled especially since I had to pay $137 for one months rent and

All was well with the unit, it was clean and had no issues while driving. Tow dolly functioned properly except for one small issue. One of the chain links that is tied around the car frame was hooked to the dolly end to end. The chain link was also twisted and tense, so I could not unhook it from the dolly to wrap on the car frame. I used an extra strap to tie the frame with the chain. Overall small issue, still happy with the service.

The inside is clean but the door in the back to storage area stinks of pee and poop(when we came back to store our items). But overall liked the convenience of online reservation and fast service

The team was very helpful with getting us access and ensuring online promotions could be used with the rental. They also allowed us access to items with the facility to help us move things quicker and more efficiently. The team here is fantastic.

The truck was excellent. The staff at the storage unit was also excellent. The facility itself needs a little upgrading. Needs more carts on the Upper Floor to move things down the hallway. Other thank you again for making this experience just a little easier. But I would not recommend that facility. On the count of no elevator and the ceilings are very short made it a little more difficult especially since I am a 6 ft tall man. Have a great day thanks again

Everything was fine, except for the days that I wanted to close out my account. On one day, after waiting 20 minutes for the gentleman to finish fumbling with the printer, I was told he couldn't close my account, and that I would have to return the following day. On the second occasion, I waited for a while - even though the office was open, no one was in the store, or anywhere to be seen on the grounds.
