The dolly I rented was a joke, the wheel we chip and it made moving harder than it should of been. I had to use the one in the truck and spend more for using it. So I didn't get to use the dolly I pay for in advance and when I mentioned it to the guy at the desk when I return the truck you can tell he didn't care. He was like," oh ok". Talk about customer service doesn't exist. The morning crew when I pick up the truck great guys. The afternoon crew that worked Thursday night around 6:50pm and those people would be the reason why I wouldn't send my family and friends to that location. It really is an inconvenience to rent a dolly that doesn't work proper and then had to use the one in the truck and pay more for it. This is my first bad experience with U-Haul next time I'll make sure to go somewhere else and a different company.

My name is Jose Gomez and I did NOT rent a uhaul on 8/11/2016 at 11:27AM. Someone rented the uhaul using my name and address without my permission. I am concerned someone has stolen my identity and using my information.

due to servers being down/slow, it took around 30-40 minutes to help each customer. i waited over 90 minutes despite coming 15 minutes earlier than my reservation time. you guys need a back up plan in case incidents like this occur again, possibly a manual input into respective local databases or on paper. i'm surprised you don't already being such a big company.

I reserved an appliance dolly at the time I made my truck reservation and when we arrived to pick up the truck there was no dolly available and we had to go to a different location in order to obtain the dolly we needed, which added miles to our rental, which we had to pay for.

Overall was poor due to the original location not having a the rental unit. Original location than sent me to a second location and the store never opened. Plenty of rental trucks, but shop was closed. I finally go a hold of the Uhaul to reschedule since the original location had no other suggestions for me. I finally made it to the third location where the service was very good, but the vehicle was poorly maintained. I've never seen so many 'x' stickers. There should be some kind of notification via text or automated phone call stating that the Uhaul location does not have your rental unit. The renter should have options to go elsewhere. Also, Uhaul must find a better way to ensure dealerships have people working at their rental locations.

They over charged my account, they gave me the wrong information not once but three times. Not happy at all . Now I'm waiting for a manager to listen to a recorded conversation to make sure I'm not lying. Hope the uhaul does the right thing for me.

I've rented from uhaul in the past , always had great experiences. This time was different. A walk through wasn't done , I was told that a set drop off location would be on my contract (I did one way trip) and it wasn't. Once I arrived at my location @3 hours later I realized there was no set location and told to call the uhaul after hours customer service. The lady kept me on hold for 20 minutes (it was already past 12 am) and could not find me a location to do over night drop off for truck (which I've done in the past). When I suggested one I found on google she just agreed with me and said I can go to that one. Once I arrived the uhaul signs were behind the dumpster and I had difficulty finding location ... There was no drop box. 100% positive. Then took it upon myself to find a new location since it was late , and could not find one. I am disappointed on the follow through this time and the lack of information from the rep. I had to drive 31 miles back knowing of a drop off location. Mind ... This has already exceeded the allotted 186-189 ( not sure) miles included in the price. So I had to call again and do all the work myself ... It was very difficult. Had to pay more than expected for gas and additional miles. Not a happy customer.

You might want to look at possibly having a full time desk clerk. The guys there really hustled to do the paperwork and then ran to check equipment in and out. Other than them being out of breath sort of like in a race, the office was left unattended for up to 10 minutes or more at a time with people just looking frustrated and upset.
