ROBERT REmployee was late leaving one guy to handle the Saturday morning rush. Once employee walked in late, he made sure to pour himself a. Chocolate milk he brought out to the desk before assisting customers. Good equipment. Terrible customer service.

WILLIAM BThe employees at this location were great and helpful. The truck I rented showed its age with over 140,000 miles. Also, the inclusion of a hand truck, that I did not request, took away space in the truck. If I "unlocked" it to better locate it I would have been charged.

BETSIE CI lost a contract with a client because I could not deliver the furnishings I promised due to the gate on back of truck breaking. I asked owner of Uhaul to bring me a new truck and he said no. I will NEVER use Uhaul again and I use trucks at least 10 times each year. The trucks used to be clean and maintained. Now they all have over 140,000 miles and are filthy and smell badly.
LYNN JThe entire experience was a disaster. Very poor customer service. The truck they gave me broke down on the highway, which was incredibly dangerous. I had boxes on the truck and they wanted me to call roadside assistance. Roadside assistance wanted to tow me to where I was moving. Told I had to wait 90 minutes or more. So unacceptable. I finally drove the truck at 10 miles an hour to the Milford location. Thank God for David at that location. He provided the best customer service and got me back on the road quickly and safely as opposed to the Anderson location which put me in an unsafe truck. When I went back to the Anderson location, the customer service was subpar. I won’t go there ever again. If I need U-Haul again I will go to Milford and deal with David there.

He anticipated needs I hadn’t even considered and got me on the road fast. The truck was spotless, the return process was simple, and every step felt supported. Steve is the kind of person who turns a stressful moving day into a win. U-Haul, if you’re reading this—Steve is a true asset. I’ll absolutely be back, and I’ll be recommending your location to everyone I know!
STEVEN SI rented a trailer and no one offered to help hook it up to my vehicle. They said just stop at the front after you get it hooked up its in spot q. Upon delivery different employee did give a hand.

CHRISTOPHER BI rented from beechmont before I was given a van that was below the standards of beechmont U-Haul there was other nice moving vans that were in the lot but I was given the worst one it was even stated by management that it should be sold don't understand why I was given such a below standard van when he knew it was in the conditioning is in I've been a loyal customer in the past now I question the standards of that particular location so sad.

ROBERT DSecond rental in 8 days, this time using a small enclosed trailer which, for the job, was perfect. Steve, Mgr, was so pleasant and helpful. He makes the U-Haul name the dependable name it is.

SANDY PHave more then one person checking out equiment so there isn't such a wait. And the A/C in the truck sucks, one, you can't select a mode where the air blows out of the vents towards you instead of the floor.
GARY CThe dolly was like maneuvering a Sherman tank, but I knew that going in. Other people have to move bigger stuff. But it should have come with a functional bunji to secure it in the truck. AC was sluggish. Had to extend the rental a day, but that was easy to do. People were great. Check in phone app was wonderful.

On the second day when I return to return the trailer back for about 30 minutes there was no one available at the counter, helping customers and all the customers were waiting wasting their time
MANGESH KInterior of truck was covered with dog hair. Should have been vacuumed before renting. Other than that excellent experience. Will use them again.
DOUGLAS LSteve Torbeck is very thorough and runs a very good location for UHaul Equipment, Moving Supplies and Storage. I would recommend the Beechmont UHaul Location to anyone who has a need. Steve is usually very abrupt and NOT very personable. Steve does a great job I wish he could be a little more patient and less dismal. Pretend like your customers want to buy something from you...

TODD KI did an after hour drop off. It was nice and easy to navigate but parking was tight.

RANDALL GIt took me over 30 minutes to just pickup a trailer. I was the only customer there and had to wait several minutes for the store manager to even come in the store and then it took him a good bit of time to complete the online part. After I hooked up they had to check it again I waited around until 1 of 3 people could check out the hook up. When it was time for me to drop off all locations where closed and I had paid cash so wasn't sure how to get the refund. So I called customer service and they said the address the pickup store put in wasn't even a drop off point. I was told that all nearby locations were full and I had to contact traffic. The transfered me to traffic and they were closed for the day so I had to call the next morning to figure everything out. Ive rented off u haul multiple times and have never had this much trouble.
NICOLE CThe 6’X12’ trailer towed well, the tires were good and everything operated properly. We towed appropriately 900 miles through mountains, rain and of course thru the night.

DOUGLAS BAll good location-wise, safe and clean and kept my things perfectly for two years. To be honest, the best strength I saw is your staff! I had a tough situation on my hands and Morgan went above and beyond to make it just smooth sailing through the whole endeavor. I had to close out my unit there for personal reasons, and it was going to line up perfectly while my parents were going to be up to help my sister during/after her giving birth and my beautiful niece. They were there at the right time and some things happened medically that were of first priority obviously, and Morgan helped us figure out adjustments to our renting schedule to make things work when they could as soon as possible (and sooner than expected). He was incredibly friendly and an example of the kind of person I would love to see more of in the world. Thank you Morgan!

PAUL MTrailer was dirty but General Manager cleaned it before I left. I used App to request Extended Time for Return and App said I could not extend it because trailer was being rented to another customer. I called Beechmont store and they said I could extend it and it was not reserved for a future customer. This is the second time I've had problems with UHaul App, it needs some serious review.
