There is too much misinformation especially between the persons at the locations and the U-Haul operators. I was told I had a month free with a storage unit, only to find out at the location that is not accurate. I am very disappointed! I will never recommend this company or its service to anyone.

JUNIOR ALocation seemed to be understaffed. I was there for a trailer. When I got there at 9:30 the trailer was not ready had not been inspected and waited extra 15 minutes. Upon return the entrance was blocked with return vehicles that had not been moved. There was only one person in the office tending to customers. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to drop off the trailer. The Staff I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable. Although the person who disconnected the trailer dropped a couple of F-Bombs in disconnecting the trailer. Not professional in my opinion.

By accident I had chosen a different address for dropping off, since I am always looking for places with excellent reviews but this place maxed it. I was able to return the truck at their place, I was able to leave my car against the fence, everything went very smoothly with the rental. The truck was great, and dropping it off at night worked out perfectly. I recommend this place a thousand times! Thank you!

ASHANTI VDanny and Evan were great but I rented the trailer drove 5 miles to my home and found out I could not fit my vehicle on it. Brought it back immediately as I thought I would receive my money back . Instead I had to pay full price for a rental I could not use. I will never use that U-Haul center again and I will tell all my friends and family at work (LM Sikorsky) never use this facility either. You want to improve for the next customer then change this policy.

I waited 45 minutes to be connected and then be told they had no more. U-Haul’s left after calling in the morning and they said they have plenty of U-Haul’s when I got there I dealt with a very nice lady who rented me a U-Haul, but who answered the phone should have been more specific thanks to the nice lady who handled the counter when I got there, I was able to get a U-Haul they’re very busy, but can be very helpful so yes, I would recommend them
JENNIFER BI had to clean the truck myself. It was like someone had a soda or some kind of drink, that exploded everywhere. I cleaned the entire cab: the windshield, the windows, the cup holders, the dash and the steering wheel, everything. The truck was supposed to be a new truck, and it was running on 7 cylinders the entire trip. Had someone use a scanner at an auto shop, it recommended that you should replace a sparkplug. It ran okay after clearing the code.

Nothing was wrong with the truck when I gave it back. The back was clean and so was the front. There was a little black ice in the back when I finished, and I went and bought a broom and cleaned it out.. And I think they still charge me for it.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They have too many hidden fees that they don’t tell you about.

Egg head Ricans Lynn DeJesus & her young associate were completely unprofessional & out of order. They were too busy flirting with guys to find my correct account. Blamed me like I work there. Rented me a truck to move out of storage then proceeded to say I couldn’t get in my unit. Lied and said they reversed the truck payment. A mess. Calling real customer service repeatedly was the only solution for basic miscommunication. Wasted time. “Aggressive” attitudes. These people are too busy rushing you off at the counter to understand you. Just so she can go smoke those nasty cigarettes like a crack head next to the trucks gas tanks while the line builds up inside. How do people like that become Assistant Managers? Why would I expect them to have simple printer paper to give me a receipt?… They only send you 1000 email notices if you pay late, but they can’t buy printer paper on time I see. The managing Owner mister Dane Grant is never around when you need him to address your escalated concerns, but conveniently around when you don’t need him to be in your business and call cops for no reason. No real help. I will never return to this ghetto nightmare since I moved on to a city with better service. Reporting on every business platform. They don’t even provide a dump, just to collect a garbage fee I’m sure. As if units don’t cost enough for a dump on that big lot. Plus bad parking. Go elsewhere in the area to find the many other better storage facilities and professional service. This one doesn’t deserve the money.

When I was reserving the storage facility I told the customer representative I needed something for a 1-2 bedroom size storage unit she advised me this size would’ve been enough. When I got to the facility they had no elevator or ramp and we had to go down stairs with our items. This was not disclosed neither over the phone or at the facility before being taken to the unit. When I saw the unit it was very small and couldn’t fit nothing the size a one bedroom could fit. I am so upset and disappointed because now I am being charged $180.00 for a unit that cannot fit what I need it to and now I need more storage and basically has to spend more money to fit my bed and dresser. I would honestly like this to get a bigger facility because this feels like a rip off at this point. The employees were friendly but the service did not meet my expectations definitely would not recommend!
