Lungile M | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit had flooded and no staff or manager contacted me for anything. My storage unit was also broken into and over 100 pairs pf sneakers were missing. The sneakers that were left in storage were damaged from the flood and molded.
Juan R | Overall ExperienceMy overall experience with u-haul started out excellent but as of late I’ve noticed my rate for my storage kept increasing every few months. I understand inflation but to pay $100 for a 5x10 space is ridiculous especially if the facility is not newly built and modernized.
