ROBERT BService your trucks. this rental broke down and stopped working twice. this experience was terrifying. i was stranded 2 times with this rental. Required 3 different roadside assistance requests and repairs. End result, truck had be be towed from my destination.

JAMES EThe trucks are old and run down. Just Terrible . The seats don’t recline creating a safety issue . Mirrors down turn in or out leaving no visibility . This a major safety issue. Really bad experience

Julio MThe equipment was not ready at my reservation time and I had to wait for an hour to the store open.
Mack NThey simply rented me a piece of equipment and gave me another one. I returned it on the correct date. They sent me invoices by email. I had to go to a store to prove that I returned it. I lost 3 hours of my day helping to find the error in the different numbering of the equipment versus the number on the invoice. 3 hours of loss, in addition to the inconvenience of daily charges, as if I had stolen the tow dolly equipment. I'm going to buy one just so I don't have to rent it again. In 5 rentals, I'll buy one. Will it be the best solution? I felt humiliated and considered dishonest for a mistake that wasn't mine. I have a camera in my car. This was my evidence, in addition to being at the correct address on my invoice.

EDDIE SThe truck seemed like it had trouble changing gears. I mentioned it to the man I met when I turned the truck in. It might just be low on transmission fluid. Other than that, it seemed like the truck was well maintained. At 170K+ miles, it's a good old truck. :-)

MELISSA HI made a reservation at this location because it was the closest that had a pickup truck/auto transport available. Upon arrival I was informed that the pickup truck wasn't available and was offered a box truck in it's place. I could have rented this configuration at a minimum of 3 locations within a few minutes of my house. This location was 30 miles and an hour round trip out of my way. The associate said he would make a note that milage would be half price and not to worry about putting fuel in the truck. While returning the truck/trailer a different associate was working and wasn't friendly, just asked if an email receipt was okay. When I received the email receipt I noticed I had been charged a refueling fee and full price for mileage. Again, there are at least 3 uhaul rental locations within 5 miles of my home in which I could have rented from. The only reason for using this location(and adding 30 of the full price miles) was to use a pickup truck/auto transport configuration.
JUSTIN PVERY helpful staff member! We returned it to a different location originally selected and thought this might have been a problem. Not at all! The person who assisted us made a phone call for us, job done. I’ve used this place to fill gas cylinders. Great folks.

Matthew RNext time don't send me 3 different locations just to get my truck. When you're paying men by the hour it really screws up the Financials. You causes me to pay and extra 180 cause I'm driving around for over an hour trying to find a truck. Yea thanks for that.

CECELIA TThe app experience was miserable. An hour wasted walking around the lot and fooling with the app. Once I got through it, I found that the key wasn't actually in the lock box. So coming early to my make the event timing work was wasted If I had solved the app in 5 minutes, the key still wasn't where it was supposed to be, wasting that time.

MICHAEL WThis isn't about improvement. I just wanted to comment on the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I've rented from U-Haul several times in the past, but not at this location. Those experiences were average with a bit of a wait and what seemed like a long time between arriving and driving off. This time, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. And the return was super easy.

TERRENCE SThe service is the store was 5 stars. The rental app needs some work. Very difficult to use. You would think it would make rentals easier not the case at all. Verification issues almost canceled. The store was able to see the docs provided and no issued when viewing in store. The app was the worst experience .
Matt BRasheed was very helpful during my moving day. At the last minute, he not only helped with the truck but walked me through options for other items that I was asking about that day to assist with my move. He was very pleasant to work with.

So as we were crossing over 41 we hit a bump and the trailer jumped off the car. I called roadside service to see if they could bring us another ball but was told we needed to go back to your store. Our house was closer so we made it there and switched everything out. This could have had a very different outcome and I think your employees need to know to recognize the size issue.

ELAINE B | Overall ExperienceThe consistent inconsistent changes are punitive. Uhaul's policy to raise the rental fee holds the renters hostage. I live in Hawaii and my storage is is Marrietta Ga. I received a notice that my rent was increasing which I understood that had the option of paying my rent months in advance for the same price or continue month to month at an increase. Having a contract of a set price for a set time would be more equitable.
