The overall experience was good. But..... when we got the truck it was on half a tank. But my contract stated it was on 5/8 of a tank. I took a picture of the gas gage and showed the clerk. He was so busy he just wrote on my contract that the gas was on half a tank. He signed it. He was there by himself but had several customers. He told me just to make sure to turn in the contract when I turned my keys in. Which I did. After I turned in the keys I got charged $17 for a gas fee. I called and called. It kept sending me to the call center and no one was able to help me. They kept telling me they would get the office to call me. No one has yet to call me about the situation. I just assume I’m not getting my money back.

Facility does not have adequate staff, had to wait for 30 minutes just to get to the counter to check in. Beware...they are requiring a second contact phone number for someone other than the renter. Why? The representative could not give us a valid reason, just said "I enforce the rules". Will use a different location or other service next time.

One guy at 9am on a Saturday trying to handle rentals! Insane. The poor guy did a great job and was very customer focused, but the wait was ridiculous. Truck was a piece of junk. Steering loose, belts screeching on acceleration.

I should have rented from this location and just driven round trip rather than through a contractor of uhaul in Atlanta that didn't seem to understand the concept of a reservation.

The General manager had no customer service skills. The call center (where I booked the reservation) gave me a time window and the General manager refused the agreement that was made with call center. He also imformed me that "he had reservations to fill and would charge me $50.00 if I brought it back when the call center and myself originally agreed". The store was empty on the inside because the General manager and another employee were standing outside. I asked if someone would help me and the employee (who was smoking on the sidewalk in front of the store) said " one sec". Overall I would say not a great experience.

I wasn’t too keen on them calling my husband to verify me . I have never had this gotten done at a uhaul before. Also all uhaul computer lines should be linked to show that I have two storage spaces and verification should not have been done otherwise it was a great experience.

Driver's seat on GM cargo van was truly adjustable and moved forward far enough to accommodate my 5'1" frame. Everything feels a lot better when the seat has got your back!

I rented an appliance Dolley and was charged for 2 , I was forced to get the insurance because I was told even if it wasn't my fault I would have to pay . $258 for 2 days is ridiculous , I will never use uhaul again

Would not show me the truck it must have been a guessing game for him....sold me pads did not get them for me so I forget. Called back he said they were out anyway. What a Circus

We used the truck 24/7 app and when we attempted to return our truck with a person rather than the app they stated we had to pay $8/gallon of gas to refill truck, however, on the app there was nothing about having to refill the truck before return. This should be specified at time of rental to avoid future confusion in using the app.
