Renting the van and returning it was easy. The staff was helpful as we had questions about the storage and when we broke a key in the lock of our storage unit.

Super friendly, efficient, and professional at pick up and drop off. Appreciate it! Moving is stressful but your team here made it easy which helped tremendously.

SARAH MI wasn't really aware of the self-service so this slowed me down. My pick up time was 7am (upon opening) and the person that opened did not come into the storefront (was in the building somewhere) until 7:20 am when I called the store number. Other than that, the service I received was great, convient and quick.
Rochelle WI had two separate reservations that they merged in to one and forced me to keep the truck for 3 days instead of two separate 6 hour rentals. Forcing my bill from $75 total to $130+. But before that, I was forced to wait while the cashier FaceTimed two different people on personal calls before he even acknowledged me. When I then asked why my reservation was merged, he said “I don’t know and I can’t fix it”
BENEDICT TGet more workers like Jose. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. He is so informational and polite. I’ll come to this location all the time as long as he’s there.

AFRIQAH II was told that I had to return my rental by 9am 03/23 only to be charged a $59 late fee for doing so.
MARCUS LCheck the trucks before you give them to people, mine had a big crack on the side & the side need air, I recorded it.

SHENICKA NThe truck they had us use was in TERRIBLE CONDITION WE DIDN'T THINK WE'D MAKE IT ONCE WE WERE ON THE ROAD EVERYTHING KEPT GOING OUT AND COMING BACK ON. THE TRUCK DID WHATEVER IT WANTED TO BUT THE SLOWING DOWN & SPEEDING BACK UP WAS THE WORSE PART LIKE IT WAS STUCK.

ARNO SVery nice people, but they did not have all of the equipment ready for my pick, but still charged me the full amount. Worked out that we would take the truck and come back for the tow dolly later in the day. When I called back they told me it wasn’t going to show up and that I should call other places to find one myself. Was not able to get it at a time frame that fit for us to stay on our schedule. This put us behind schedule and caused us to have to get hotel room for the night. Which we were not planning on and was an extra expense.
ANDREW HI had a terrible experience! I went to the U-Haul on State Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was refused service due to an incident that occurred that had nothing to do with me. The store clerk Chris was rude and unpleasant and didn’t bring ease to my day at all. I arrived at the facility at 9:45am then left to go to the location on East Capitol and was still refused service then I DROVE BACK to the State St location, I waited an HOUR just to be told he will not rent the car to me. I never was told why. Then the clerk had me call the Market Manager Ben on my phone to see if I could get a rental. He was helpful, but still caused me more inconvenience. He made me drive BACK to East Capitol location to get a rental…this is an 10 minute drive. That took a total of 30 mins combined. No one offered any accommodation or discounts for the time wasted. Worst customer service experience that I have experienced.

DANNY AThe counter rep was half asleep and mumbled. He was difficult to understand. He did not remind me to check the odometer and gas tank when I checked the vehicle out. My mistake - I did not go back into the store and inform the rep that the gas gauge estimate was not correct and that the odometer reading recorded was incorrect. So, at the end of the day, I returned the vehicle with less miles on it than I had estimated and I returned it with more gas in it than I took it out with. The rep that checked me out charged me an extra $40 to cover the mistakes they made (odometer and gas gauge) at the beginning of this process. Stunningly poor customer service!
JOCK MThe service was slow & the truck door didn't close. You had to slam the door a couple times to just close them but also to turn off the light.

MAELEEN DNothing really. Except the fact people run into Bumps. Emergencies even catastrophes. So quick to call the cops makes it worse whichever it is. Most people are full of it. In my case it was a tragedy related family event. It's a business not a center for emotional support. What's more, that Manager guy Dominick in particular is a keeper. He said I get it. Until the end of the day I report it stolen. That was at three days over. Little do he know he saved a life with that decision. Mine. But besides that. The way that guy ran that store, and that crew, .to your point, In my opinion as a businessman is about as good as it gets. I'd hire him. I owe Uhaul a lot more than money. I am recovering upon completion you're paid in full plus that collection fee. My apologies.

Lashone H | Overall ExperienceExtremely unkept and bugs (roaches) got into my unit from another one causing me to have to through and throw a lot of things away. I only had my unit barely 4 months and no one seemed to be concerned or care about the big problem. People are even hiding out and living in there outside of store hours, it’s hot and humid. It’s also expensive for the unit that I had with no light inside the unit. It’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t put a table in there even if it was the last place that had availability.

Quote" we did not have the unit she wanted so I just her one" quote." When I expressed my disappointment she was very rude and did not accommodate me at all. Of course I was upset because I had movers there and it was a big inconvenience.had to find another option that lead to sufficiently more miles and time. Than when I complained about her mistake she refused to give me another unit at another place because they in fact did not have the actual space there. So my mover had to reload all the stuff and I was left without anywhere to put my belongings. Of course I was upset I just believe she was totally at fault and should have corrected her mistake. I called and stated I did not want the climate controlled upgrade. Staff said they documented my refusal to upgrade. I received bill charged at increased rate for upgrade. Multiple attempts to reach manger unsuccessful. No one could find any documentation of my call to refuse upgrade. So after four years of storing I cleared out my storage and would look for another option in the future if needed.
