Self check in was slow, no Wi-Fi on site. Took multiple tries to find my device location while set on high. Truck was average condition, with many dents and scratches. Too many to take note of. Location is good and easy to pick up and drop off. Truck was there and ready at my reserved time. Would use service again to move.

I'm a woman who had to move a 2 bdrm by myself. I needed a truck for more than a few hours the associate heard my needs and allowed me to get the truck for 2 days and I still got change for my $100.00. Unbelievable but it's true. Thanks U-HAUL

The only thing is to tell customers that this is a 24 hour rental, and the truck must be brought back within 24 hours. If a customer rents a truck in the afternoon and is asked conversationally when you think you'll be returning it, and the person says conversationally maybe by midnight ? THaT should not become a contractual event. No matter what, the truck should be allowed out for 24 hours...unless you are now offering a discount for delivering it earlier!

customer parking was limited when I arrived at 8:30 am. would suggest less uhaul truck inventory in the lot....I know you want to advertise, but I think the customer understands that you have those.

It took me 45 minutes to check out. At first they were not going to let me drop off my truck off there. They were going to have me go across town with no ride home. The manager was helpful.

Maybe it was the manager, but the first guy we met seemed a little tightly wound with us and then with other customers and employees. Luckily, we didn't have to deal with him much. Everyone else was awesome.

signage was not good - it was hard to know where to go to return the trailer. One of the staff was rude and crabby, but the one who signed us in was really nice.

The on-line check in did not work - no progress when it tried to compare my picture with the license. Someone came out to the vehicle when I was trying the check in and I asked if she was bringing the keys and she said no you have to go inside - then why the on-line process. I went in side and had to start over. I told the person about a dent and he said it is marked and I told him it wasn't....I got back out to the van and the mileage on the vehicle and the contract were different. The person with me wrote it on my contract. When I dropped the van off the same person that marked the contract said she would e-mail me the receipt I told her to remember to correct the mileage when I got the electronic receipt the mileage was not corrected but I did have a credit for about the same amount as the difference.

customer service said that i would receive a phone call within 24 hours to confirm my reservation i didn't. but i did get an email confirming my reservation i got there the next day and they said my reservation was changed to a different time but no one notified me

An employee called and informed me that I needed to return the Uhaul "right away" even though we were supposed to have it until the following day. He informed me that I had "already cost him $280 dollars". He also charged us for an extra day even though we had been informed that the extra day was compt due to a previous mistake with Uhaul. Very negative interaction with this individual at this location. Very unprofessional and rude.

truck needs a front end alignment pulled to the right and that made driving 850 miles difficult. PU location was jammed, 1 person working and you advertise skip the line. I did that, still took 50 minutes to go through the line. Several people left and were going to another location.
