It appears that the staff is poorly trained and the culture leads to the impression that they just don't care. They seemed surprised that I had actually read the legally binding contract and expected them to keep their side of it including, but not limited to, making note of preexisting damage. We know they'd charge me for damage or come after me for contract violations so it's not absurd to expect them to know and follow their side of it.There were quite a few other issues with both pick up and return. I was generally unimpressed and disappointed in the service. Neither the weather nor the line of customers is a good reason for inaccurate signage, poorly trained staff, and bad customer service. The equipment had cosmetic damage but was in fine condition functionally and worked well for me but I definitely wouldn't recommend this store and will check another location next time.

Rental Truck Pick-up: Truck had a low tire pressure warning when I picked it up - when I notified the cashier, she said there was nothing wrong with the tire. However, they did add air and the warning went away. This could have have been corrected before pick-up to save my time. Rental Truck Return: relatively smooth, but I wish it were like a car rental return where the transaction is finalized with an attendee outside right where vehicle is returned. Instead I had to go inside the store and wait in line to get my receipt.

Everything went great!



Clearly not enough staff for a Saturday morning - Took a very long time to be helped. Once helped, staff was very friendly. Upon trailer return, experienced a very rude worker who was handling the return - "Put the trailer back where you got it". When we tried, he wanted it in a different place. He eventually had to move about 10 feet by hand. This angered him and he slammed the trailer tounge down and walked away. I went inside to retrieve my receipt and the service counter worker was very nice.

The blonde haired cashier was terribly rude to me. She rolled her eyes at me, called me names and when I asked to speak to the manager and he completely defended her nasty behavior. I will never go back to this uhaul. Horrible customer service.

It was exactly what we needed for a price we were willing to pay. The only reason I marked 4 stars is because a previous renter had smoked in the cabin and the truck smelled like stale smoke. I'm sure the staff tried to clear out the smell, but cigarettes permeate just about everything. Still, an overall positive experience.



Very fast and simple!! I'll definitely use u-haul again. The staff member was very knowledgeable and kind.

I was way overbilled on the milage. I'm considering disputing the charges on principle. I was charged for 60 miles when I traveled no more than 30-35.

I've been told to fill the tank to 3/8 of gas so I did and I used the scale given on the receipt. When returned the worker claimed that it was only a 1/4 of gas in it. My pleas wasn't heard and was charged an extra $15. And told to take it up with the manager who wasn't there till the following day. I feel that someone didn't know how to read the scale and now I have to be punished for there ignorance.



Great staff. They were always busy with a lot of customers but handled it.
