I was charged almost $300 for empty uhaul boxes rent because the boxes sat in front of my apartment 2 days after my first month was over because uhaul did not have an earlier pickup time. I had requested for the boxes to be picked up earlier and had call the office twice on this matter and in the first call I was told that I wasnt going to be charged and when I was charged the $300 I was told that I would be receiving a refund. When I was for some sort of proof, confirmation number, etc I was told that that could not be provided that I have to trust their word. So far, the people In the office are not trustworthy. I have still yet to receive the money that I was charged. Money that I was counting on for a different bill. Now it's late and I have a late charge fee.

christopher sWhen returning the trailer I had to get my wife’s help to lift the off hitch. The young girl in the office was of no help. The tongue weight is unusually heavy for an empty trailer.
Tom WThe attendant handed me a receipt saying the tank was at 1/4 and with an additional charge for 2 gallons of gas, when in fact the gauge was closer to 5/16, . She should have told me that she was planning to charge me for more gas and given me the opportunity to view the gauge with her to confirm the reading or to alternatively add more fuel.
TONY JOnly one person on duty, not her fault, she did the best she could. Had to wait over a half hour to get waited on. She was very nice.
don WBailey was super helpful but other staff need improvement. The facility is beautiful but need more help around there that know how to answer questions. I’m very happy with facility and I’m glad I took the opportunity to move in there.

LEAH KWhen I recieved an email that my pick up was going to be moved 30 miles away, I stopped in this location to ask why. The guy at the desk made sure that it was still going to be in Woodridge the next day. I appreciated his help. The next day, the girl who checked me out was super and professional.

ASHLEE L | First ImpressionsThe trailer was old and galling apart. You say its a $6,000 trailer and im forced to get insurance. I wouldn’t buy it for $600 bucks! And it was literally double the price. If I rented it at my drop off and dropped it off at my pickup location its $72 bucks! I pa$144

BAILEY CI arrived between approximately 8:45 to 9am on a Saturday. Upon my arrival there was no one in the Customer Rental Area of the store, I utilized the bathroom and found another person waiting. We stood there for approximately 10 minutes with no one around or the customer area. I feel that area should be staffed with some one at all times, I actually had to locate someone to help myself and the other customer, as we didn't know how long it would be before someone would wait on us as customers. Other than that, everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. Customer service after locating someone to assist us was above average.

Michelle EAt this time I would not reuse this location. I realize it just opened however it was not well staffed. It took over 20 minutes to get my reservation and the same amount of time to return it. I never received a final bill either.
Donald BI had one issue with the ramp not closing all the way. I let them know at drop off to fix. It would really make it much easier if there were a backup camera for such a large truck. Especially when pulling trailers. Many commercial vehicles have the technology.
Edward MBailey did an excellent job with intake and accommodated a last minute schedule change to allow an earlier pick-up. The longer hours of this location with it being open from 7am to 7pm make it a real winner as pick-up and return of equipment on the same day is easier and being able to deal with the staff rather than an app. is a plus. The newer equipment seemed well maintained and very clean. Bailey is supported by an excellent and customer oriented staff and he and they interacted with one another very professionally as he trained them or answered their questions on various system functions with registration of customers who are renting and returning equipment. I will definitely return in the future !
