I wanted to find some thing close to my mom‘s to help her go through some things and this was convenient. I did not expect the facility to be so clean, heated and safe. On top of that, Joey was another level of Customer Service. He is so genuine and kind and helpful. He made some good points. I had not even considered and was so lovely and gracious that he made made the whole experience actually fun instead of stressful. It seems like a great place to secure items until you’re ready to deal with them and I have a lot of peace of mind knowing Joey is there to keep an eye on things and to answer questions.
