The advertisement of $19.95 is incorrect. It cost $55.70 for the rental van when we only went less than 15 miles. The amount that we were charged is double of your advertisement.

There was one worker there doing everything! Our pick up time was 5:30 and we were not leaving the lot until 6:35, 5 minutes AFTER we had friends arriving at the house to help us load the trailer!! The paperwork was not correct in that the drop off location was different than we had ordered, so that caused problems on the other end!! All totally unacceptable!

I had a 2 inch hitch installed on my Subaru Crosstrek. It looks great, took less than 1 hour to install and the out the door price was only $269. The two of employees were very knowledgeable and friendly! I definitely recommend!

Take the time to pay attention to what your customers are saying. I stated I had a reservation and that went completely over her head. She instantly told me that they had none of the U-Haul sizes that I needed instead of checking my reservation when I said I had one. For people who want to make a sell and good impression customers to want to come back. I will never go back to that U-Haul location again. Horrible customer service. It took for my uncle to come in and tell her that my U-Haul was sitting outside and a bit of arguing for her to finally check my reservation.

I use U-Haul typically at least once a year. The Columbus Avenue, Canton, OH, location is the greatest location to use to rent a moving vehicle. I love the girls that work there for their positive attitudes! One of the best rental experiences I have ever had!

I reserved a van because we're only picking up one piece of furniture but they happen to not have one available so they nicely upgraded it to a 10-ft truck the smallest one but that was very nice of them and no extra charge. They were very friendly and helpful and they were very informative. They had very good attitudes and they seem to be happy to be at work which is very refreshing. I would definitely come back to this location. And if you're looking for a good place I would come here. They're really nice I'm very professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience. After hours check-in with all the pictures that were required was annoying and noone has time for that after a long arduous move. Because what are your employees for? I should have been able to drop the keys off and equipment and go. Instead in the freezing cold, I have to do your job, and pay you for the privilege to do it..for what I paid to rent this thing? Ridiculousness!!

Rented 10ft box van. Seals on doors were so bad that I could hardly hear the radio with so much air coming through. Additionally the tire monitor sensor light was on, so this safety feature would not of warned me if I did have a tire go flat. By the way, staff knew it was on and acted like it was no big deal. I've rented for years from uhaul and the quality and maintenance has gone downhill. Last 26ft truck I rented,pulled to the right so bad I could hardly keep it on the road. Maybe I need to look at Penske.

The worker gonna say I drove over 100 miles when I moved 2 miles from my old address a made 2 trips. And before I left they said it had 1/2 tank of gas when it actually said 18 miles to empty. So actually someone couldn’t have checked someone in an tried to have me pay for 100 miles. The lies they told. Never again!!!

This storage unit shows how much the store manager invests in maintaining clean, well organized storage units. The units are well maintained, clean, easily accessible and provide safety for me an older single women like myself. The process of bringing in my items for storage was made much easier by having well lit, clean and maintained access to my unit. There were transfer carts to move my items from the U Haul truck which I also rented from this store to my unit. Melissa Brand very obviously wants to provide, clean and well maintained units to rent. Her care of the customer and their storage experience is her number one priority and it shows. I will highly recommend to my friends and family looking for storage to visit Melissa and her store.

I would like to say that the Columbus Road location in Canton Ohio was filled with the most helpful and courtesy people I have met my entire life Dave was there every step of my process of moving so he went above and beyond considering I was only there to get a truck he made me feel comfortable to wear I also got a storage unit there there isn't enough space or time to continue about the great experience I had with him alone thumbs up Dave and Missy also was very helpful in accommodating and patient I had some issues that I was going through and they all were very accommodating understanding and patient with me there were two other employees I wish I could remember their name My overall experience there was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this location and their employees I wish I could take their employees and put them everywhere I had to do business LOL then I would never have a problem thank you to everyone at U-Haul Columbus Road location you're awesome and I had the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere that I have been hands down

I was unable to leave the truck at the storage location which clearly had the capability and capacity. Instead, I had to deliver the truck to another location which was much smaller and less capable than the storage/rental location and incurred added milage costs.

Missy was awesome! I had my storages about 5yrs and she worked with me on multiple occasions when it came to late payments and payment arrangements. The other staff were ok, but if Missy wasn’t there I’d rather wait and talk to her when she came back. My move out however was completely DISGUSTING and ridiculous. I had multiple items I left behind because they were literally COVERED in mice droppings. It’s understandable that there could be some issues seeing that the storages aren’t sealed off individually, but the fact I had to leave some stuff because of it was unacceptable. There was a giant rodent poison box in my second storage unit (B19) where majority of the mouse droppings were and that was just mind blowing to say the least. I also came across a dead roach in my first unit (B47) which I’m glad was dead and didn’t multiply! I just really don’t appreciate that fact I paid extra fees for having an indoor storage and from my understanding, the fees were for protection and maintenance against rodents and bugs. After this, I highly doubt I will ever use this storage facility again, and yes I will for sure spread the word.
