This was the closest location who had the truck I needed I only used 31 miles. The downfall of this was 11 of the miles were just to and from the location. I know that’s not a lot. But at .59 cents a mile most of my mileage was to and from location. Also I usually don’t get insurance on u haul but I felt like I was pressured maybe that’s not the right word. But there was a younger pregnant woman working while I was checking out and she came in pointing out scratches on a truck. So I felt like if I didn’t take it she would find a random scratch and I would get penilised for it. That was 30.00 so total 36.49 I felt like I overpaid.

You double billed me for a rental of somebody else's trailer your customer service is the absolute worst I've ever seen after spending an hour on the phone I still couldn't get the problem resolved a half an hour of which I was on hold waiting for somebody to answer the phone the problem is still not resolved and I may have to go to small claims court to fix it so I may never use you all ever again and I will tell everybody of this problem my number is 330-614-0523 my name is John Newman

We got there at 9 and there was a line which was fine except the two women working the desk said someone switched the order of their keys and so everyone had keys for trucks that were blocked in. So everyone had to go back in and complain which made things crazy. I asked to have my son put on as a driver but the lady said she couldnt do that because it was too hard because of computer system changes so she switched the reservatiion to his name and she was trying to put him in with my last name which is Hetrick so we explained his last name is Price and she had his Drivers License laying right in front of her. I get the receipt in my email and she has his last name as Spencer! We don't even know who that is. We didn't leave the lot until 9:40 because they had to move trucks around so we could get to the correct truck but my 4 hour rental still ran from 9:00 a.m. so we were rushed and had to call in adfitional help so we could get the truck back. What a mess and a good thing there was no accident or problems with the last name being messed up. So between the wait in line, wrong keys, not being able to add my son as a second driver and then having his last name totally wrong and the stress of the shortened time to get the truck back, I am not impressed.

I have rented from U-Haul many many times since 2011 and have generally had a good rental experience. This was the worst experience I ever had due to the additional step I have never experienced that required me to provide a name and phone number for the rental agent to call to verify who I am. I had already provided my driver's license to prove my identity and I found the additional step extremely intrusive, unnecessary and it delayed the rental process making me late for a move window I had scheduled. I will consider NOT using U-Haul for my upcoming move needs as a result of this experience.

There was a little dirt in trailer on the floor from getting in and out of it. Your representative handed me a broom and had me sweep it out and the furniture wraps were in a pile he told me to fold them all up. Not that I minded found it but the way he acted about it I didn’t like. When we picked trailer up there was dirt in it too. Was just a little he kinda acted like it was a huge problem.

The people were great. The back of the truck was so filthy but didn’t look bad at night, but how could it. I put brand new mattresses and couch’s. The got dirty from the floor. I’ll never use this service again. I cleaned the floor and returned it. Hope others don’t have this experience. Thanks for your time.

I feel it should be one flat rate up to maybe 30 miles the truck said 19.95 so I expected to pay that for 24 hours. I ended up paying $50 for my rental. Although I really couldn't afford it what choice did I have other then to pay was very disappointed and felt a little mislead.
