I did an online reservation and expected the appliance dolly to be in the moving truck. It wasn't. I paid ten dollars for a dolly that wasn't provided. The truck was piece of junk and the oil light was on. I called the office to notify them.

Had to wait for a clerk for about 15 minutes before I got waited on. I feel the mobile app is a good idea just takes a little to long, alot of things to go through before you get the rental and I feel the rental rates are a little expensive.

Retrain the people at your reservation line, my reservation was supposed to be at a different facility and they can't seem to figure out how to book properly, this is not the first time and after speaking with the manager at the property I am not the only customer it happens to.

The employees working were very friendly and helpful. The pickup location changed, which added mileage to my move, but they were able to add additional mileage to offset that. Really thankful! The location having easy access to the freeway (62 West) was also a plus.

Guy who checked me in needs remedial training on customer service. Totally awkward fellow that insisted I fold up the SOAKED moving blankets and put them back in a bag.Many other things he did that were 'odd'. Other person outside wasn't much help either. I guess with full employment happening, we are scrapping the bottom of the barrel for these jobs

Wrong size truck upgraded because they didn’t have my size so I had to go to a different location for a too big truck that wouldn’t fit in my area so had to carry everything down the sidewalk and they didn’t even offer the use of a dolly.

The self check in was horrible. I was not informed that the check in had changed. The pictures took too long to upload. Not clear where to leave the truck. It was pouring rain so I got soaked in the process. Next time i will pay the $20 fee and just leave the truck. But $20 is a lot of money to take a few pictures. Especially since someone is going to look over the truck anyway. Maybe there should be a $20 dicount for checking in the truck yourself.

I seemed to be a bother returning the equipment. Not a greeting or acknowledgement. Had to ask about mileage and gas to make sure we were under or over. Do not like this location. The only good thing is that it is convenient.
