Too slow. We waited for 2 hours for a truck that we reserved. Received a conformation but the truck was not available once we arrived. We had to pay for two vans. Computers were extremely slow. The people that waited on us was nice but when you can't get what you order it mad for a very long day.

I wanted to add 2nd driver. I only had copy of the front of the 2nd drivers license. i was told i needed both sides of license. I called to have picture of the back of drivers license sent to me. The attendant finalized the rental agreement before I received it. Then when i received it the attendant didn't know how to add it to the agreement.

I had an overall disorganized and bad experience with the several U-Haul locations I interacted with on 9/28. I reserved a 20 ft truck a week in advance for 12pm because I was told it was the only size truck that would be available. I received a call during the week that the truck would not be available and instead I would be receiving a 26 ft truck at 1pm. When I went to pick up the truck, I was sent to another location to get it and when I got there I was told that there was an issue with another customers truck and they had given mine to him instead. I was then given the phone number to traffic and told to call them & that they may or may not have a truck available for me. I then went back to the original U-Haul location and a truck was found, I had to drive another 20 minutes out of my way to get it. By the time everything was fixed and handled, it was 2pm and I had spent the majority of my afternoon driving between locations. Overall very unsatisfied with my experience.

Although there was damage to the truck, a weight left inside the cab and rope hanging everywhere in the box. I remove all rope and the attendant removed the weight and did not question when I explained the pick location didn't do a walk around. The attendant went over and above his duty. He offered to give me a ride to the auto parts store because my personal vehicle had a bad battery and would not start. I would definitely rent Uhaul again. It was affordable and very nice equipment.

Staff working needs to be more knowledgeable about procedures. 1. Tried to tell me they get $50 for my guaranteed trailer not being there. Said I misunderstood and the $50 doesn’t go to me. This didn’t make any sense to me why they would get compensated when I was the one who was inconvenienced because my trailer wasn’t there. 2. Didn’t check my lights after hooking up the trailer. Only after I pulled out a little and realized he didn’t, I said something to him and he said “oh yeah! I need to do that don’t I?”

The electronic key system needs to be improved to assist the use of your facility and is a great inconvenience to your Customers and the Consumers of your Products and Services. It results in the Customer not being able to use the 24 hour Service provided when the Customer has to borrow the electronic key to enter the Facility to have proper access to their items stored at your Facility. As they say in Business: "Time Is Money" and your Facility is going to be losing much money if your Customers be impatient with the lack of these Services that are supposed to be provided as advertised. When I arrived the office was open The agent looked at me with no reply then the next they do they were close. The truck was checked in after hours next day and it seems like there were additional charges on there that were not true
