The lady who helped me at the counter, her service was excellent, but the supervisor was very unprofessional when I asked him some questions and he didn't even know the measurements of the towing equipment I was renting and he never tried to tell me the measurements.

Consistency of how they operate at all locations. They had to call my emergency contact to verify they existed. With all the times I have rented from U-Haul, including the one right before this one 3 weeks ago, I have never had them do that before. The wait for me to pick up my reservation was extremely excessive. Only 1 person taking care of reservations with 5 other employees cleaning and moving equipment. Take care of your customers especially if they rent often.

I RETURNED equipment CLEAN and FULED BUT i was charged 23.80 for SOMETHING? My guess is mileage i GUESSED at the miles used, I DID NOT know i had to guess the EXACT miles i drove all it was is a GUESs. I got charged anyway. I WILL NOT be using that facility to rent equipment in the FUTURE.

Yes, I would recommend U-Haul, but the female manager should not tell her employees that the reason they lock up the bolt cutters is because they have employees that are stealing. That’s what I was told that she said and if that’s the case, get rid of your employees that are stealing, don’t keep them there. You have to teach your employees how to use the boat cutters some people work Monday through Friday they go on Saturdays and Sundays and if they forget the key lost it or cannot remember the combination you should be able to serve your customers and have the bolt cutters handy to cut off locks. I was told that the manager the female manager had just left and refused to come back to open up the boat cutters that were locked up this send a message out to your clients that you have thieves as employees so I hope things change because the experience I had was absolutely ridiculous And I had to call a locksmith to come and open it up. You guys are there for a reason, you have both cutters for a reason and the bolt cutter should not be locked up and only accessible to your clients Monday through Friday. It’s not right.

I've rented trucks from u haul on several occasions throughout the past ten years. I've never encountered a problem from this location. The employees are courteous and attentive. I would definitely recommend this location in El Paso Texas (Montana/Airways).

Manager was rude in explaining rules and policy for the rental that we where asking for and she was not the one helping us with the rental. On the other hand, I had rentented there before and we where allow to rentun the Uhaul the next day on location before the day ended (any time). Now, new policy is only allow you to rent Uhaul for 10 hr. which it is not enough time to move your belongings. Company need to consider that unspected things happen, some coustomers have kids that cant leave unattended, and people also have to eat.

When I began my position with the company that used this facility, the elevator was notoriously never working. People prior to me had started the ball rolling on moving to a new facility. However, when I arrived, Martha (the manager always on duty when I came around) was amazing! The elevators had been fixed, she was always visible walking the property and making sure things were clean and organized. I would have stayed on had things not already been in motion to move. She is doing a great job and I would recommend UHAUL to others!

Below average False advertisement I was told by rep (Ft Worth Tx) Since I rented a trailer I would receive one month free Storage space, but when I went to the drop off location (El Paso Tx) to rent a 5x10 storage space First thing rent went up from $99 to $124.95 and the second thing was told by rep at drop off location Thst I would of had to pu the trailer first eventhough I reserved it with a CC before I would get one month free which was told at pu location. Note :Pu date Aug 26th drop off Aug 30th Also told it would be better to rent it today Aug 21st to make sure that the storage space was available when I came to drop off the trailer and items (pressured) Which I didn't find acceptable and wasn't happy about but had no choice cause plans and dates were already in place hence false advertisement and below average rating.

The elevator was not working and had been down for a few weeks. I had a second floor unit which was basically useless because of that. The staff offered to help move/carry my stuff upstairs but I cannot lift and carry items over 50lbs. so I never moved into the unit. Staff was awesome, very friendly and professional. The facility is great. Hopefully they can get the elevator fixed.

I paid $109.00 for a Unit that I was only in, because of an Emergency, for about 10-Days. When I moved out, I was informed that there were no Pro-Rated Refunds, yet this same Unit will more likely than not be re-Rented within a few Days, netting the Company another $109.00. Its everything you would expect from a storage unit but a downside that brings it down by 2 stars. The staff are friendly, the units are well secured and well lit. However, when I first got the unit 9-10 months ago on the second floor the elevator was working but the following week when I went to move in the bulk of my stuff it was not. Initially understandable, things happen, but upon return (9-10 months later) it is still broken with no end in sight. I am lucky enough to have local, and strong, friends to help muscle our way past that obstacle but others with larger units and possibly larger/heavier stuff or new to the area on the second floor will be hard pressed. I've used this facility twice now and once this issue is resolved I could see myself using it again but using a storage unit on a regular basis was not feasible so I pulled out the rest of my belongings and closed my unit.

Two agents for a Friday afternoon left at least 5 reservations waiting. A lot of personal details are asked out loud that I prefer not provide to a room full of strangers. Poor concept and execution. My first call to the reservation center was a joke. The agent lacked professionalism and straight up lied to me because he didn't know how to do his job. Do better UHAUL

Since this was the first time I've rented a storage unit, I wasn't aware of all the wonderful things that were available to me. 1. I wasn't aware of the little carts made available to me to use and help me carry all my things into the unit, I only found this out when I saw a cart in the store and asked if I could use such a cart, that's when the person at the counter told me there where carts in the storage units for me to use. I only wish I was given a quick tour since I also wasn't aware of the bathroom facilities but only found them after my grandson walked around and told me about the bathrooms and of a water fountain since I was very thirsty. Besides, this all was great. Thank you!!

I had the climate controlled unit on the 2nd floor and when coming back to open my unit, I found all my furniture covered in sand/dirt and debris. I was told by staff that there was construction on the roof, but it doesnt remove the fact that all my items were now covered in dirt. I might as well have gotten the non-controlled unit on the first floor. Additionally, the elevator has been out of order almost the entire time I've had this unit, making moving heavy items very inconvenient. Again that further cemented that I should've just gotten a unit on the first floor.

The one thing I had a problem with. We were getting moved by the army they were moving us on the 11th. Because my bill was due on the 9th of each month if I didn’t have some great friends that helped me move my storage to the house early. I would have been charged for the whole month when I would have only been there 3 days that month.

The only poor rating is the elevator was out and there is no absolute time frame of when it will be repaired. This is unacceptable when items that are heavy and storage is upstairs. Also the return was a nightmare, the location originally provided I could not find, call the number provided. they sent me to a location 45 minute from my Hotel, which had a Uhaul Location right next to the Hotel. This location has an elevator that is not functioning and I have large items to move. Management advised it would not be ready until later in the year and I moving now. Maintenance on the elevator need to be done. It was not working at the time of the move in. I tried to get them to change my unit to a down stairs one so I would not have to use the stairs to put my stuff into the storage but It was declined. I was very upset and was disappointed that they would not accommodate me. We were in a second floor unit and when we arrived the elevator is broken. This was never displayed online otherwise I would have never rented here. It forced my family to move a 15’ trucks worth of home items up a set of stairs in 110 degree heat. The U-Haul place handed me a business card and I was told I can call these people to help move. I didn’t have time to wait hours when my family arrived at 2:30pm after a 6 hour drive with two small children and a dog. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again.

Elevator was broken and I injured myself bringing furniture down from the 2nd floor. Staff said it would be at least 3 weeks before fixing. No accommodations for prorated amount since the unit was returned 3 weeks before next payment due. No discount for elevator inconvenience. Terrible.
