Our tire blew up! When we picked up the trailer we pointed out to the representative that the tire looked to be in bad condition to which she said it was fine because “they inspect them”. Clearly not good enough. To be clear though, i am blaming uhual for wanting to maximize the tire life at the cost of safety. Shame on yall.

Nothing to do with this location, but the default 2 day rental needs to have a way online to change the length of rental. It was very frustrating for me dealing with that. 2 days is very inadequate when doing a one-way rental out of state. One day to get the trailer, another to pack the trailer, another day to travel to my destination, another day to unload the trailer, and then one more day to get the trailer to a drop off location.

The worst service in the world the truck I was driving lost power steering and brakes I finally was safely able to pull over roadside assistance left me on the side of the road for 4 hours before they told me out of danger then they told me to a closed U-Haul location and made me wait three more hours until movers came and unloaded my truck and loaded it back in a new truck the movers that they had there were very unprofessional scratched most of my furniture which I have pictures to show so disappointed in U-Haul I will never use this service ever again

The heater didn’t work. When I returned the truck I told the uhaul employee about the heater not working. He said “oh yea the heater went out the other day”. I’m very dissatisfied with the not caring attitude!! It was very cold today.

Average because I took talked to one person and he was very professional prompt and courteous. Talked to another and he was dismissive and spoke to me like a middle school child. Pointed out the trailer needed maintenance he said that was normal. I'm twice his age and have driven five times as many trailers in his lifetime.

The outside of the building was well lit but no lights inside the unit. The ceiling is pretty low so it is very dark inside. This makes it difficult to see anything while moving your items in or out. Also I moved all my stuff from one uhaul facility in las vegas to this one in Albuquerque and the price of the units was significantly different. Way more expensive in ABQ Lights in the unit would make a huge difference

Was charged a fee for losing my key I applied for easy pay but I always had to come in and pay sometimes a late charge was applied because I thought they had received payment from my account but they couldn’t figure out how easy pay worked so the faked it and said it would apply but it never did I think they pocketed the late fee money . Clerk were rude and looked stoned every time I went in to pay and if I payed cash I would always get a text message saying my payment wasn’t received so in order to avoid the $25 dollar late fee I must make a payment sometimes I payed twice in one month I was to cautious to give them my credit card because of what they might do .

The gentleman who we worked with was very short with us. He did assist Us in finding a better location that would suit our needs.. However when we or when we asked him to call and see if they had availability he dial the number and then hang up hang up. We had the reverse situation at the office on San Mateo. In the same day she was able to call the Eubank office and get everything squared away so we didn't have to go back-and-forth.

I was very disappointed due to the fact that I was promosed two months free and then the employee denied he had said that. Had rented a moving vehicle and when i got to location off Coors they couldn't find reservation. I think this bate and switch is a terrible practice that employees use is very dishonest.

Please always keep in mind...most people are not regular users of storage facilities. Please assist, accompany anyone who expresses confusion in understanding how to access a locker. Walk them thru it and explain. When I left...(27th of June) to move my belongings to a much closer locker company location, I asked a u-haul employee on the parking lot if I neede

The guys onsite were a tremendous help to me when it was discovered that the U box had been loaded on the trailer backwards at the warehouse facility. They got the problem resolved quickly.
