Our tire blew up! When we picked up the trailer we pointed out to the representative that the tire looked to be in bad condition to which she said it was fine because “they inspect them”. Clearly not good enough. To be clear though, i am blaming uhual for wanting to maximize the tire life at the cost of safety. Shame on yall.

BRIAN BNothing to do with this location, but the default 2 day rental needs to have a way online to change the length of rental. It was very frustrating for me dealing with that. 2 days is very inadequate when doing a one-way rental out of state. One day to get the trailer, another to pack the trailer, another day to travel to my destination, another day to unload the trailer, and then one more day to get the trailer to a drop off location.

MICHAEL LThe worst service in the world the truck I was driving lost power steering and brakes I finally was safely able to pull over roadside assistance left me on the side of the road for 4 hours before they told me out of danger then they told me to a closed U-Haul location and made me wait three more hours until movers came and unloaded my truck and loaded it back in a new truck the movers that they had there were very unprofessional scratched most of my furniture which I have pictures to show so disappointed in U-Haul I will never use this service ever again

This makes it difficult to see anything while moving your items in or out. Also I moved all my stuff from one uhaul facility in las vegas to this one in Albuquerque and the price of the units was significantly different. Way more expensive in ABQ Lights in the unit would make a huge difference

Clerk were rude and looked stoned every time I went in to pay and if I payed cash I would always get a text message saying my payment wasn’t received so in order to avoid the $25 dollar late fee I must make a payment sometimes I payed twice in one month I was to cautious to give them my credit card because of what they might do .
