Guy on the phone was rude and was pushy wanting the uhaul before my due time. Made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious. It wasn't fair or a good experience

NATLIE SI would like a unit on the 2nd floor where I was told there would be climate controlled a/c & heat. The 3 story building is not complete on the 2nd & 3rd floor. So reservations were not available. I hope that I can get in there when they are available. But the place is wonderful and the office is so well stocked with packing material and boxes. Thank you!

DENNIS VEnterprise location was great to work with but because we had UBoxes we actually had to deal with the scheduling department out of Birmingham and that was a terrible experience. To the point I’m not sure I will recommend using U-Haul leaving enterprise. Our origin experience was amazing, our destination was an absolute nightmare. They didn’t drop off boxes on time (a day late) and then just lied to us constantly til the last person slipped and told us we were never on the delivery schedule for the day. Then when the boxes were empty and needed picked up they never showed again and never called. Come to find out they couldn’t come get them for 2 days past the date scheduled. On the days of delivery they could never get out to the location until late evening. Again they tell you the window is 8-5 knowing full well they won’t make it to your location until late afternoon. Why not tell the customer that so we don’t take an entire day off work? Honestly it seems like they shouldn’t be servicing enterprise. They don’t have enough employees to cover the area and there was zero communication! Their communication was absolutely terrible and often times very rude! To the point of getting the customer angry by the time we had to call back for the third time. Again the UBox experience as a whole was great, but my experience working with Birmingham scheduling was so terrible I’m willing to pay $2,000 more for a competitor just to avoid working with them when we leave. And sadly as a military family stationed at a high turnover base, I will not be recommending people use U-Haul UBoxes for this location.

trinity t | Overall ExperiencePut GPS tracking in the vehicles and allow customers to view in real time, so no discrepancy on mileage or gas consumption. Or tell customers that U-Haul truck calculates mileage at double what actual road mileage is.

WENDY PWaited o er an hour and a half to pick up the truck. Truck had no gas. Black smoke pouring out. To turn it back in was over an hour. No workers.

WILLIAM Mwhen asking multiple employees if we could keep the van over night (for less than the 24 hours) we where given different answers from each person. when we did return the van (before the 24 hour mark) we were told it was late and that we would be charged an additional fee. only after us explaining that about the multiple different answers is when we were told that for only this time it was okay? the people here need to get there answers straight!

Paul CYou should consider having a mechanic that works on your vehicles and test drives the trucks that way if something is wrong like the fuel filter needing changed or the brake pads needing to be replaced like the truck we just rented. I mean seriously relying on the customer is not a smart idea.

SAMANTHA EAt this location, they tried to charge us almost the entire deposit. If I had not questioned the manager, we would have been charged 80% of the $100 deposit we made. Also was an error on the mileage we were told in the beginning. Had we been covered for the right amount, we would have owed nothing! At this point I did not care and just wanted to get the whole rediculous mess over with! Horrible customer service with confused personnel at all three locations!!

CHARLES RWe picked up the truck picked up our couch drove home drove back to Enterprise dropped off the truck the next day the gas tank was full we handed the lady the keys she said thank you and we left now I'm trying to be scam for some kind of incident from some crazy insurance company and I really don't appreciate it nothing was done to the truck we had absolutely no damage we didn't go anywhere but home so I don't know why they're trying to scam us into some kind of incident report I'm not filing for anything so I just want to let you guys know that we did not do anything to the truck the truck was in perfect condition when we first picked it up and dropped it off so Trump tell your insurance company to stop trying to scam us nobody reported any kind of incident to us other than the stupid email I got yesterday which is a month later

Jessica JPeople were friendly they did the best they could but we had to wait in the heat for almost an hour waiting on someone to bring our units to the door so we could load them. The poor girl at the counter helping customers & answering phones is the same girl that has to get away from the counter to come use the forklift, I feel like that's not good at all. The facility needs more forklift certified employees.
