Destiny was very polite and helpful with making sure my rental experience was absolutely excellent. The equipment and facility was in great shape. I will definitely recommend this location all the time.

THOMAS RHave an appropriate wiring harness on the trailer, have chains on the trailer that are an appropriate length. Move the trailer to the center where it was reserved. My problem would have been rectified without an extra purchase, if I would have been able to pickup at the U-Haul center, as I’m certain the wiring extension would have been provided.

Alyssa TAlthough I appreciate that I was able to rent a 20" at this location after the original location didn't have the one I reserved and I feel like I should have been given a notice from the Troy Alabama location that the one I had reserved had not been turned back in. And I know this happens but somehow I should have been notified that unit had not been returned as promised... I've had to change my reservation and pick up an Enterprise Alabama, the unit I was given at this location had a badly broken mirror that should have been fixed before it was rented out again, not exactly sure how U-Haul handles issues like this,..... I don't know what her name is but this is a very busy location, this woman deserves a raise...

Hope TGoogle maps needs to make a better map for your business as it was really hard to navigate over there. The young lady we dealt with at pickup was wonderful, however the young man at drop off really needs to have customer service improvement

She sometimes seems a bit rushed or over worked due to the lack of staff to help start the day. U-haul should allow her a better budget to staff such a large facility vs maximizing profit only. This would allow for better customer service. This is coming from a very loyal customer with a background in business and marketing management

Nicole HI emptied my storage unit on Saturday night 12 July 2025 and when I got to get down there to close out my unit/account they didn’t even have a record of me having had a storage unit. I can’t even get a record showing I closed my unit and on what day. I didn’t get a phone call or text so I appreciate them being proactive but they don’t even have any record of the unit I had or who closed it or anything. Other than that the service was fantastic!
JOSEF L | Overall ExperienceSteve, the guy that ended up dropping off the containers at our old house and ended up charging me more than I had agreed to because there was a miscommunication or somebody just dropped the ball on when we needed the containers by and then the fact that we were supposed to have our containers dropped off by a certain date and they were not. Therefore, I ended up missing 2 days of work as well as my husband missing 2 days of work as well as us paying movers for 2 days as well. I am very dissatisfied with the service that we got from U-Haul as a company and would like to file a complaint. I don't believe that I should have to pay the full amount when I'm the one that lost out on two days of work as well as my husband as well as us paying twice as much for movers when all of that could have been avoided. MIKE DMy experience was great. Christy was super friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about equipment offered. My only recommendation, if I’m being super nit picky, is to lengthen the ratchet straps that secure the tires on the tow dolly. My Jeep has large tires so I had to deflate the tires and extend the length with my own ratchet straps that I had on hand in the back of the Jeep. Otherwise, I was super grateful to have this service available which was a lifesaver. Christy was amazing and drop off was quick and so easy.

NATLIE SI would like a unit on the 2nd floor where I was told there would be climate controlled a/c & heat. The 3 story building is not complete on the 2nd & 3rd floor. So reservations were not available. I hope that I can get in there when they are available. But the place is wonderful and the office is so well stocked with packing material and boxes. Thank you!

DENNIS VEnterprise location was great to work with but because we had UBoxes we actually had to deal with the scheduling department out of Birmingham and that was a terrible experience. To the point I’m not sure I will recommend using U-Haul leaving enterprise. Our origin experience was amazing, our destination was an absolute nightmare. They didn’t drop off boxes on time (a day late) and then just lied to us constantly til the last person slipped and told us we were never on the delivery schedule for the day. Then when the boxes were empty and needed picked up they never showed again and never called. Come to find out they couldn’t come get them for 2 days past the date scheduled. On the days of delivery they could never get out to the location until late evening. Again they tell you the window is 8-5 knowing full well they won’t make it to your location until late afternoon. Why not tell the customer that so we don’t take an entire day off work? Honestly it seems like they shouldn’t be servicing enterprise. They don’t have enough employees to cover the area and there was zero communication! Their communication was absolutely terrible and often times very rude! To the point of getting the customer angry by the time we had to call back for the third time. Again the UBox experience as a whole was great, but my experience working with Birmingham scheduling was so terrible I’m willing to pay $2,000 more for a competitor just to avoid working with them when we leave. And sadly as a military family stationed at a high turnover base, I will not be recommending people use U-Haul UBoxes for this location.
