Move it closer
JAMES DVery clean, convenient storage. I was on 2nd floor and it was no hassle. The elevator was huge, and lots of carts to assist in moving items to and from storage. The staff was always super busy, but very nice. Highly recommend.

Michael ANot at all the staffs fault, Lori was absolutely amazing, but I had to make a second trip same day to swap units due to a floor issue, that made me late to pick my uhaul up at another location because my reservation was moved from this location I picked and the uhaul rental guy at the pick up place was absolutely terrible and rude because I was late and threatened to cancel my appointment. The smell of the floors also made me vomit so that’s nice, yall can’t afford fans?
Sarah S | First Impressionsmy experience was not good.the ubox went to the wrong city.the staff at loveland was not very understanding when they realized the ubox was in the wrong city even though u-haul garenteed it to be there,i called loveland the day before and they said it was there and it wasn’t. and there was no apology.there attitude was lacking.then i went to pick up the contents and they couldn’t find it after hours they said i needed to be patient,paul in denver was helpful as was larry in loveland.you should refund some of the money for all the hassles i had to go through.i spent close to 2000.00 and will never use u-haul again.larry fox

CRISTIN CDon't use retread tires on the trailers. The first night of my 2000+ mile trip, the tread on one of the four trailer tires peeled off and left me stranded in a. small town in Kansas for several hours. I was lucky to have it happen just outside of town, where there was cell service. If I had been on a more remote stretch of highway, I could have been stranded for a much longer time. I was stuck in Ness City, Kansas and the dispatcher that sent out the repair truck told me it would be "about an hour" for the technician to arrive from Dodge City but it took over two hours for the tech to show up. The repair went quickly but it was frustrating to be told "one hour" when it took more than twice that. The original pickup location and the drop off location were great. The road-side service was frustrating.
PATRICK MThey helped us with the return delivery of our 4x8 trailer and accessing our two 10x15 indoor storage units. They provide you with the required round locks or you can purchase the combination locks if you prefer those types of locks.

Drove across town to the new location and my truck wouldn’t qualify for the 24/7 truck share. Took another hour to pickup. Complete joke of an experience. 1/5. Will rent with Penske next time.

matthew s | Overall ExperienceThe lady that I picked up the rental from was pretty rude to me. She asked me to verify the text message to the license plate on the truck and when I returned to tell her it wasn't the same she got upset, asking if I looked at the right number, and then walking out pointing to the truck that "it's that truck right there!", yes, that's the one I checked. It wasn't correct. She did go and get the correct truck but seemed clearly annoyed and made multiple comments about all people in this state are idiots. I asked if it would be possible to keep the truck until early the next morning and they told me it would be an extra $55. So I rushed and only got half moved so I could return by 6:30, only to wait in the return lane for 15 minutes and be told to just put the keys in the drop box because they won't check it in until the next day anyways. So why would it have mattered if I had it until early the next morning?? I spent $130 on a truck advertised for $29.99 and am still needing friends with trucks to come help me finish. The truck was well kept and nice, but the experience as a whole was stressful.

Leland F | First ImpressionsThe fuel quantity was at a 1/6 full level after 4 miles of driving the fuel dropped to 1/12 I had to pullover at the first exit for fuel. Although the attendant was apologetic for the amount of fuel in the van the person that received the vehicle parked it without ever refueling. The last thing a person wants to do after picking up a vehicle is refuel. Only complaint I have….

ROBERT HI did online move in. It was great and the lock was already there and the unit was very clean. Plenty of carts to taking my boxes to my unit fast and safe. Will be telling everyone to use this place.

She told us she would give us an extra 30 miles since they didn't have the right size truck, which i reserved a week in advance. This resulted in us having to make an extra trip. She never applied them and i got charged for the mileage after 30 miles instead of 60.

Monte JEverything with U-Haul was fine until the lady that came to pick up the pods from my final destination was kinda standoffish and not friendly at all. Not very helpful either.
Joshua GA U-Box was a great, timely and affordable way for us to ship a few large pieces of furniture across many states. We had quotes from several freight forwarders that were substantially more expensive for the few items we were trying to move. Using a U-Box worked out well for us.
