I really appreciate the manager working with me and granting 24-hour access based on the timing of my move and the fact that I am in the military and will be traveling quite a bit over the next few weeks. That level of understanding and flexibility meant a lot during a stressful transition. At the time I moved in, the key card access on both ends of the building was not working, but the manager addressed the issue right away and told me he expected it to be resolved quickly. More importantly, he still honored the 24-hour access arrangement upon signing so I could begin using the unit immediately. Jerry has truly transformed the U-Haul stores in Colorado. He consistently puts managers in place who are professional, capable, and who genuinely treat customers with respect. It is rare these days to find businesses where people not only know what they are doing, but also remember their customers and go out of their way to help. I will genuinely miss the U-Haul experience in Northern Colorado when I move to Arizona. Until then, I will continue recommending the stores Jerry oversees to anyone I know who needs the services U-Haul provides. Thank you to the entire team for being willing to look beyond the black and white of a situation and help people get on the right path during important transitions in life.
