The employees were very helpful and handled their current situation very well. The systems were down and they had to input information manually.

ROBERT MThe gentleman running the desk was friendly and efficient. The equipment seemed in poor condition. I think it was a wheel bearing that was squeaking all the way to Michigan. Plus, the guy who installed the trailer on my vehicle cut his finger because the cable (hook attachment) was frayed. I had to make sure I didn't grab the same spot of the cable to repeat the injury. HOWEVER - I will say that this Uhaul DID actually have my equipment ready when I arrived. It's happened at other locations whereby the equipment wasn't available - that's infuriating. Fortunately for Uhaul, they seem to be the only major rental agency that allows auto transports to be connected to personal vehicles. This location was clearly understaffed on Monday morning with multiple people dropping off equipment and having to wait, blocking other people as they pulled in or tried to drive around back.

TYRUS CThe cargo box had a leak or leaks. Fortunately none of my possessions were damaged from this problem, but it was because my materials were protected in their original packing. The Mom’s Attic had a bunch of water for sure. I was a bit disappointed that this truck wasn’t up to the job with all this rain. Furthermore…. I was told to bring the truck back with 3/4 of a tank of gas when the needle was really like at 2/3. This amount is small, but when traveling 265 miles, every penny counts.
ALESSANDRO CDrop off location was fast and easy. They unhooked the trailer, I was in and out in no time, really fast service.
RICARDO PI like the convience of the location. Pickup is pretty simple. There is one particular lady, with blue hair that is always very condescending at drop off...Always.

Gautham KThe cab of the U-Haul truck smelled a bit like cigarettes, which was unpleasant. However, it operated fine and the location itself was good.

Humberto HOverall, the trailer was great, but the electrical cord was a bit iffy when we hooked up the trailer and when we were traveling to our destination, it completely failed, so we had no brake lights/blinkers. We found a nearby Uhaul location and they gave us an adapter. It at least gave us the top two lights working. It also delayed us about an hour for our trip. Doesn't sound like much, but we were trying to avoid some weather and ended up driving through some storms.

SUZANNE TStaff is very rude disrespectful. From the start. I completed online info before arrival but staff was was not knowledgeable and very rude. When returned truck staff gave me incorrect information about return deposit over the phone so I had to return and had a back and fourth conversation because staff was very had no customer service skills and did not want to here me concerns.
Mark SBetter signage to manage customer flow. Picking up the truck was good, but I was unsure where to go and who to talk to when I was returning it. Otherwise it was a great experience overall.
Garry DFront desk staff was half asleep when checking me in. They then misrepresented how much gas was in the vehicle. And then dishonestly charged me for extra gas that was. This was a poorly run operation all around.

JOSEPH MI was forced to pay $101 dollars to get off the "E-Alert" system because a person named "Tyler Lee" from Napoleon FL evidently used my account to rent and didn't pay. (This information is from U-Haul's internal system). Even though it was obviously not under my name, I had to pay off the balance to rent. Never again will I use U-Haul.
SCOTT SYou should include a bundle of boxes free with every rental.. but other than that the people that are working there was super friendly and very professional and super helpful.. I will be using you in my future moves.

We moved all our items from home into the U-Haul, filled the gas back up and arrived back at this location to now move items into a storage unit. Representative 1 obtained all my information, process payment, gave me my storage # & showed me how to access storage area. The movers open the storage unit and it was full of boxes from the previous storage owner. Representative 2 was notified and he stated “This is the customer’s fault.” & “We don’t have anymore units available.” I walked back to the front and Representative 3 (Hispanic Female) goes on to tell me “We don’t have anymore units here” “I am going to refund your money” “You have to go to another U-Haul location on layfette & see if they have a storage” “we check and clean storage at night” “we cannot touch the customers items in the storage.” Representative 3 didn’t care about us having to drive more miles to another location then back to this location to return uhual or the possibility that the next location might not have had any storage availability or that I had 2 movers waiting to unload our items for over an 1. Representative 4 gave me the mangers information and stated to call him immediately regarding this issue. After 1.5hrs the manager was able to provide me a storage unit and refund for first month (still waiting on refund) The manager was very professional, kind and compassionate about the situation.

There was a problem with my access card and staff members Stony and Jesus were always available to open the storage room and Stony put in great effort to investigate the problem by reaching out to his boss and then the supervisor above his boss too! So a huge shout out to the staff for being helpful. Monet was the agent who helped us secure the storage room and she was friendly and quick to get the room assigned so we could start moving in. The hallways are very well lit and there was even a cart we could use to move things into our storage unit. However the light in the storage room we rented was burnt out.
