No improvements. Mylea C. at this location was very helpful, answered all my questions and marked the truck where there was damage/ dings/ etc. when we did a walk around. She also helped me adjust to get the truck a day early which really helped us in the loading process. I will definitely use Uhaul again because of this and she deserves a raise.

When I got back to drop the truck off, he was on the phone with a client. She was talking too much for him, I guess because he was making faces and doing the talking hand gestures. I found that to be rude, especially when another customer is right in front of you ,seeing you make fun of this woman. Who only sounded like she was expressing kind of gratitude. We literally used 5 miles. The gas hand barely moved and the guy charged us 10 dollars because we didn't put 3 dollars in the tank to get it back to where it was. Then he was rude and tried to talk down to me, after I accepted the additional charge. I will not be using this location again, and definitely will not recommend.

My room price kept rising. two increases in a year. The price was reasonable most of the time (years) I was there, but I can see how it is now rising quickly. Zina WWhen I walked in to rent a vehicle I was told my debit card wasn't acceptable. I left and completed my reservation online at the same location using the same card. When I returned the manager insisted my reservation was invalid. Another worker checked my reservation as I was in discussion with the manager and confirmed the reservation and payment method was valid and the manager had to agree. In my experience that manager was unprofessional and training staff poorly. I have rented at that location on several occasions previously without incident using the same card which is associated with my account.

Not having rented some years, I was surprised at the ease of my internet booking, speed of the pickup "paperwork" and the absolutely amazing upgrades when, perhaps 20 years ago, I'd rented a similar model AND its still very inexpensive. Not that that haul I U-Hauled from VA - SC for three days with a few sightseeing stops along the way... So yeah, 100% Satisfaction twice in 20 years. Yer a goto fer shure.
David MI would never recommend this location ever! I was incorrectly charged for an additional 80 miles that I didn't use and an incorrect overnight fee. I am still waiting to hear back from a manager after a week. I have used Uhaul for years and have never had an issue with them. This is very upsetting. My rental was returned in less that 24 hours even though I chose a 24 hour rental just in case. They charged me for 24 hours after that. I am disgusted with Uhaul and I really hope my issue is resolved soon.

Hopefully whatever is going on will get done quickly. Most people need to access storage after 6pm. The guys there (Omar and Damar) were super friendly and helpful - I was super impressed and relieved as I came in from driving 30 hours and moving itself is extremely stressful. They had to figure out how to get me in with their system down and worked hard making calls and returning calls and discovering and we’re always upbeat and friendly. Omar helped find best place to unload and gave tour of storage unit showing me where carts are unloading options and where both elevators were. He also checked on us twice while we were working. I feel like their service exceeded expectations. I’m grateful!!

In spite of having the container for more than 5 years without any incident, I was treated as though I was trying to beat you out of $5. Frankly, it wasn't a good look for you. The container was convenient...until you made it not so.

It never seemed more than 10 degrees cooler from outside (had thermometer reading over 100 degrees inside more than once). The units were constantly showered with dust from the unsealed exterior walls. At times, there were no carts to be found near the elevator. The exterior building doors are always unlocked; even thought it's located in one of the highest crime areas of Vegas. The latest manager took over three months to rectify a billing error he created, due to lack of system knowledge. And initially blamed me for the error.

Which was the automatic sliding door to enter the building. Apparently me putting my foot in the way because it was closing on me, so I prevented it from doing that. Was me breaking it. It was nothing but a mad experience over all! Emilia's staff even agreed with me she's horrible to work with. A family member of mine said the say thing about Emilia. This storage needs a new manager.

They were very professional and courteous as Omar took the time to walk us through all the steps for our unloading and finding our specific units. The facility looks amazingly well-kept and the gate makes a huge difference for me in terms of safety and security for my belongings. I also needed to turn in our rental vehicle to another facility but Omar took it upon himself to take care of us and allow us to turn in the vehicle at their facility, which took a lot of stress off of us. I would 100% recommend this U-Haul storage facility to anyone who needs assistance with storage or moving vehicles. Excellent customer service with a well-kept facility!
